Very good resort hotel, beautiful and convenient. The hotel is located on the south side of Nampa Island. Except for the RV campground in the southernmost park, there are no taller buildings. If it's not winter, the swimming pool would be nice. There is a boardwalk to the beach behind the hotel. The high-rise room facing south can see the starship base and launch tower. You can imagine how popular this room would be when there is a starship launching. At night, the lights of the Starship Base Assembly Factory and the strobe lights on the launch pad can also be seen on the balcony. This is a great housing option for starship enthusiasts.

Our heater didn't work when we first got to the room. They immediately had someone come and look at it and he changed it out, but apparently never actually attached the new one. Once the wind picked up it was like someone was blowing a whistle inside the room from the air coming in around the unit. I definitely do not recommend the Landshark restaurant. It was like prepackaged frozen food and the service was horrible. Our waiter just kept going to the back of the restaurant and sitting down.

The only thing that bothered me and my husband during our stay is that we could hear people talking through shower drain. Property was overall very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and we even visited the spa (which was AMAZING)

The person I spoke to before checkin was uninformed & rude - outside of this, our actual stay was lovely. Hotel is beautiful. My only wish is that the staff actually know who created 'Margaritaville' so they could actually understand fans, not just treat us as only another hotel guest.

Watch out for “duscounted” drink specials. No fan in the bathroom… No ice machines on each floor… Overall Margaritaville is a rip off.

We wanted to talk to concierge but she refused to meet with us the desk clerk called while we were at the front desk but she would not come talk to us we could overhear her in the phone

Floor wasnt cleaned. Still had sand from previous occupant. Fridge was leaking. Sheets felt dirty. Restroom toilet seat was broken.

This hotel should be marketed as a Spring Break hang-out or for retired people who will have more patience with the hotel staff. We were locked out of our room and stuck on the balcony due to a faulty latch. My husband had to call the Front Desk and the Concierge for help. If my husband wasn't wearing his watch, I'm not sure what would have happened. We screamed for help, but no one heard us on the 4th floor. Finally, hotel maintenance came to our aid. They tried to push up the latch, but it was stuck. They had to unscrew the latch to get us back into our room. We were then asked what did we do? There was no apology from the manager, only the GM, when we wanted to understand why a faulty latch hook was our fault. Hopefully, the latches on the balconies have been fixed, and there has been training in customer service. I believe that the GM tried to make the situation right, but the damage was done. We checked out of the hotel that night.
