I booked a suite, no balcony, only the business suite has a balcony, I am a warm reminder to book a passenger, then the breakfast is very good, is the production of the five-star hotel, the hotel guest sauna and swimming is free, the pool is relatively small, this home The hotel's second pop room is big and new. Marx came to the hospital three times. It is estimated that it was sponsored by Engels. Haha, there is a choice of accommodation requirements. I commented that this hotel is a five-star!

The hotel is situated in beautiful outskirts of karlovy Vary. 15 min drive to the city. The hotel looks like a palace with helping and friendly staffs. Spa area is also very clean and tidy

JJohnSituated in the heart of Karlovy Vary this hotel is in an old style building and require some improvements.
The room was spacious but the bedding was not for a 4 star level. There were no toiletries available except the first day and not for two people. There was no shower gel, no shampoo in the bathroom and the hair drier was a joke running for about 10 seconds before cutting off. We found dust everywhere, hair on the bathroom floor and no complimentaries except coffee and tea the first day.
The breakfast was very skimpy with some bread rolls of 3-4 days old and poor variety food.
We will not return to this hotel and would not recommend to others.

AAnonymous UserIt was absolutely amazing experience to stay here. The hotel is located very centre of tourist area with lots of choices of restaurants and cafes. The interior and the room were stunning. Limited time slots if check-in and out might be inconvenient for some, but we arrived and left during daytime, so it was not a problem for us.
The breakfast was also very tasty, albeit service was a bit inconsistent (the menu was provided on the first day but not on the second day and limited choice).
Overall, we had very good time and we would love to stay here again.

GGuest UserIch war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Spa Hotel Purkyně. Die Lage ist wirklich top – direkt im historischen Badebereich von Karlsbad, nur wenige Schritte von den Kolonnaden, der Promenade und vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Spa-Angeboten entfernt. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen.
Das Hotel selbst ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat dem Gesamteindruck keinen Abbruch getan. Für den Preis war es wirklich sehr gut, und vor allem war alles außerordentlich sauber, was für mich besonders wichtig ist.
Wer kein super modernes Design erwartet, sondern ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine Top-Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Pros: large room, parking available in front of the hotel, great breakfast
Cons: staff who speak Czech poorly (Russian speaking), even though it is a spa hotel, we were not advised to go to the Spa because it was very crowded. If we want to go to the private spa, we have to pay an extra 100 euros! That is impossible! 🙈

DDmitrii L.A small hotel located in a picturesque place. The room had no air conditioning or kettle. It was very stuffy in hot weather. Breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, but the staff took away the dishes very quickly, sometimes even not letting you finish eating. And the check-out time was very early, which also caused discomfort. In general, a modest hotel for a reasonable price.
