"I really enjoyed my stay at Sikara. From the moment I arrived, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They took my to my room to check in, so I could get comfortable immediately. The room was clean and comfortable. The pools were amazing. Each one is situated just right so you can get shade no matter the time of day. The food was delicious. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants, bars, activities, etc. Highly recommend staying here if you are a solo traveler, a group of friends, or a couple."

"The bed was comfortable, the location is great, and the staff is friendly, but otherwise the place is awful. The bathroom was in terrible condition, the maintenance of the facilities is terrible, and apart from the bed, the room furniture was in bad shape. I wouldn't stay there again."

"Hotel itself is beautiful with well-kept grounds and a gorgeous pool area that feels really relaxing. It’s in a great location, right on the main strip so everything is within walking distance, but tucked away enough that it still feels peaceful and quiet. Rooms are huge, modern, and very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh water provided. Tea/coffee facilities, a mini fridge, and a TV with plenty of channels. Staff were amazing - so friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything. I did have an issue with noise from internal building works, but the team handled it well, moving me quickly and even gave me a complimentary upgrade, which I really appreciated. Facilities overall were great. Pools are beautiful with plenty of sun loungers. The pool at the back of the resort was quieter (and away from nearby building works). Food was also really good - breakfast was tasty, although for the first few days it was à la carte rather than buffet due to lower occupancy, which was a little disappointing, but there was still plenty of food. Lots of convenient extras too - room service available as well as laundry service (although a bit pricey). The hotel can also arrange taxis to the airport (around 250K IDR, cash only), as Grab doesn’t seem to operate in the area. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Great restaurants nearby like Cantina Mexicana and KRNK for a quick bite, plus a supermarket right next door and plenty of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. **Tip:** try to request a room in the newer part of the hotel at the back of the resort - it’s quieter (away from building works) and more updated."

"The place is new, the grounds are spacious. The houses are trendy, it's quiet and beautiful! It's remote, accessible only by bike, and the road hasn't been built yet. Everything was comfortable."

"We originally booked Lobster Bay for five days and ended up staying ten — which probably says it all. The villas are fantastic: spacious, beautifully designed, fully air-conditioned, and each with its own private plunge pool. It’s a place where you relax the moment you arrive. The staff are outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, with genuine warmth and real smiles rather than scripted hotel politeness. The cooks are equally impressive, with excellent, freshly prepared food, and great choices on the menu. We can’t say enough good things about this place and would happily return. One of our favourite ever stays."
