JJINGMEIThe location of the hotel is not far from the subway station, but it is not at the door, within walking distance. The environment in the hotel is very good, and the waiters are also very dedicated and friendly.
There are few choices for breakfast, but the taste is okay.
There are several bars at the door, you can hear a little sound before going to bed, but it does not affect sleep.
The sauna room is not the same as the domestic ones, it is electric heating, and it feels not very safe.
There is only one inconvenience, everyone should pay attention! !
The hotel is in an old complex. The elevator is only available from the second floor, so it is not very convenient for people with a lot of luggage. When I went there, I asked the waiter to help me move it up. They only helped me when I checked out. We moved to the elevator. So the four boxes on the last floor were moved by our two girls. If there is less luggage, this problem is not your problem. The other places are great.

Location perfetta fronte mare , pulizia ottima e stanza gradevole . Colazione di livello e frigobar in camera.
Ma soprattutto una accoglienza ed un attenzione agli ospiti fuori categoria . Bravissimi , gentilissimi e , per esempio essendo l’ultimo dell’anno ci hanno tenuto o bagagli e lasciato le chiavi della location.
Voto 10 e lode ! Da ritornarci assolutamente!!

We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...
Overall:
Good hotel, good facilities.
Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.

JJiayidanThe hotel is in a great location, especially after the renovation, the room has a strong sense of design, large space, clean and tidy, complete items, and warm and friendly service staff. Standing on the balcony of the room, the sea and sky are one color. The restaurant on the top floor has a wide view and rich desserts. I accidentally saw a seagull resting outside the window and pacing on the windowsill. It cooperated with me to take pictures, which added a bit of fun. I drank an extra cup of coffee ☕ I especially like the guy in charge of the restaurant that day, the service was patient and thoughtful!
