"The hotel is in a great location, very close to Hirafu Welcome Center. The staff will contact us by email in advance, and the pick-up is very convenient and on time! There is a locker for ski equipment on B1, which is a real skiin-out. B1 goes directly to the chairlift, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Ace Gondola! The pizza on the first floor is delicious and not expensive. You can walk directly at noon. There is a very convenient supermarket Hirafu188 nearby, and it is not far to Lawson. Breakfast can be solved in your own kitchen. Everything is good!"

Great
GGuest UserThis is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included.
It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel.
The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options.
There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise.
Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us.
We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better.
Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese.
The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel.
The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves.
Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway.
The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.
WWujie@@The hotel lobby is spacious and beautiful, and the lake-view room offers stunning views; you can even watch the Lake Toya fireworks from your room at night. However, fellow Chinese travelers should temper their expectations. The overall scale and standard are only slightly superior to a basic, family-run guesthouse you might find at a domestic beach resort.
KK_PanaIt’s was a wonderful time visiting Rusutsu. The Westin Hotel was a great accommodation for short, medium, and long vacations. Fortunately, staffs were professional and they always had service mind. I got helped from one staff changed a wrong ski-pass to a new correct one. I stayed only for 3 days and felt so comfy. Thank you.
MMichele KokThe experience was great. The location of the hotel is super convenient for family like ourselves. It takes little time to access both Annapuri and Hirafu. We didn't have enough time to try the slopes at Niseko Village though. The hotel is clean, and sufficient, since we spend most of the time in town / on slopes. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and make sure the information we got from them are accurate. I think this is very important. The hotel has its own hot spring and spa facilities which are bonus. It gives us a chance to relax after hitting the slopes for all day. Breakfast was great, variety was extensive, but it gets a little boring after 5 days eating the same food. The flavors were great and spot on though, no complains on the taste-side.
__FL272704****The lake view is absolutely stunning, and the room is very spacious. The complimentary dessert we received at check-in was delicious. However, if you store your luggage past 12 PM on the day of check-out, there's a charge.
