Great Hotel, 10/10. Highly recommended if price is not too crazy -Special Location: near old town/river. Supermarkets and Stop for airport bus nearby -Spacious clean rooms, Nespresso/Tea/Water free -Great bedding, slept well -Staff nice -Breakfast was nice, recommend it -Gym quite good for hotel gym, has squat rack too Didn't find anything negative

It’s a very beautiful well decorated boutique hotel, with English speak friendly staff! We did room only so cannot comment on the food but the hospitality was second to none!!! We had no issues at all! The spa small but very clean and ideal for a quick dip in the jacuzzi followed by a sweat session in the sauna. Our whole party loved the hotel and the location. It’s a small cab ride from the hotel in to the shopping center and the castle is a couple minutes walk. We all said we would come again and stay here!

Puro was a great hotel to stay at during our stay in Krakow. It was close to many restaurants and it even had a cafe downstairs that was tasty. The rooms were clean and a decent size. Also liked the added touch of the coffee machine downstairs which was perfect when coming in from the freezing cold weather in January!

Lovely hotel with an excellent location, very close to the old town and the train station. Everything is within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. Thank you for the great hospitality. 🥰

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved the location of thí hotel, easily a 10/10. Only about 500 meters to Rynek Square, 5 minutes to the main train station, metro, and Galeria Krakowska. Right across the street are KFC, Starbucks, and many shops and restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient. The hotel is clean, modern, and well designed. The bed was large and comfortable, hot water and heating were strong, and soundproofing was very good. Full amenities provided, including slippers, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, and toothpaste, truly a “just bring your suitcase and move in” experience. My room faced the back courtyard, so there was no view. The swimming pool water was quite cold, and the single jacuzzi was often overcrowded. However, for a hotel of this category in the Old Town, there are very few alternatives that even have a pool. I stayed during the peak end-of-year season, so the price was high, but overall I was satisfied with the value. If I return to Krakow, I would definitely book this hotel again.

Yeah, so. this is a pretty fantastic hotel in terms of having amazing rooms and the location is quite nice because you're next to all these parks and it's about a 33 minute walk to Old Town, which is actually perfect because you can get a lot of exercise but I would say it's not in Old Town itself if you prefer to be right in the middle. and that could be an upside or downside depending on what you feel about it. and then everything is pretty excellent. I would say the only confusing thing is the rooms have confusing light switches that don't necessarily work the way you might want to. and initially the kettle was also broken. and like it wouldn't stop boiling the water. it wouldn't do the auto shut off. However, they did fix it relatively fast. and the hotel food is pretty decent. but obviously old town food in the actual city is better. location is good. There's like a well fitness gym close by. and overall it's worth staying. Worth noting if you want late checkout they charge some amount per hour. and if you have Marriott status they won't give you free breakfast if you have a high status which is also interesting. But definitely pretty good hotel.

The room was very good, in the old city, the hotel was clean and hygienic, the breakfast was good, go down and continue to stay at this hotel. Hotel service is very good, the waiter is very warm.

Excellent hotel. We arrived at 2 am and the reception process was kind and fast. The location is close to the center. On foot to all the sites and especially close to the beautiful Vistula River. Great attitude of staff. Answer and help on any issue with a smile. The breakfast was very good. There is, ample parking from the enclosure. 60 zlotys per day for hotel guests. Really, we didn't want to leave. I am sure we will be back.

We spent 2 nights in hotel 32 this weekend. The hotel is lovely, staff are polite and it’s very clean. The location is okay, approx 10-15 minute walk to the old town square (centre). The only thing I would say is that there’s construction all outside of the hotel and surrounding street, lots of Harris fencing and diggers. Not operational through the night though so not really an issue.
