GGuest UserThis hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town. The building itself, according to the hotel's description, dates back to the 16th century. It's truly a unique experience to stay in such a historically rich setting while enjoying modern minimalist decor, especially given its superb location in the old town's core. What particularly stood out was the hotel's pool, which directly overlooks Porto Cathedral â an absolutely unforgettable sight.

AAnonymous UserEveryone at the hotel was very kind to us.
The location is also very convenient for sightseeing, and everything is within walking distance. They explain the location on a map at the beginning, which makes it very easy to understand. Also, although we weren't able to get a reservation this time, there is a restaurant called Blind, which has an unusual concept and I think it is a space where you can experience something out of the ordinary. Almost all of the rooms are suites, and the space is very stylish and lovely.

GGuest UserImpeccable service and the staff is intelligent and beyond professional. Iâd say they were my favorite part of the stay. I loved the design and luxurious feel of the hotel, as well. The rooms are on the small side in Portugal but this hotel is of high quality and extremely clean. The sauna, steam room, and are pool are incredibly beautiful. Great location. Wonderful breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was always quiet. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Iâd love to know who developed the hotel. One thing that I wish I had been told is that there was a rooftop. No one mentioned this at check-in and I just saw it in another post on Google.

Rrambler25Fantastic central location - couldn't have asked for better. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were brilliant - friendly faces and efficient with everything we asked for. What really makes this place special though is the building itself. It's stunning with gorgeous architectural details. The interior design is elegant without being stuffy. All in all, a real gem that ticks all the boxes for comfort, service and style.

ì§ì§ì0808We stayed at Picassobang for 3 nights and 4 days during our trip to Porto!
First of all, the breakfast was not very varied, but it was full,
and the auxiliary facilities, such as the swimming pool, outdoor pool, and sauna,
we were shown and explained each one,
but we were not able to use themă
The location is within walking distance of the Lello Bookstore, the observatory,
the bridge, etc.!
It was fun that each room had a different theme.
The hotel itself has a design point,
so it's great for taking pictures!
All the staff working were kind,
and the suits were cool and stylish!
If we go to Porto again, we decided to go to Torell again!

GGuest UserThe least you expect from a five star hotel was a good service and cleanlinless. We stayed here for 5 nights and they did not change our bedsheet even though it was written that they will change it every 3 days, no refill of water, no refill of tissues and coffee and tea we had to request it. Thereâs a small cockroach in the bathtub. At the front desk they donât even greet you whenever you passby I am not being entitled that I should be greeted I just compare it to other hotel where they always smile. Itâs hard to call the front desk sometimes it will take 5 minutes.Â
On the positive side the food in the restaurant was really good and the drinks at the bar those who are working there was really nice and attentive too. Iâd like to commend also Fabrizio who always smile and who helps us with our luggage when we check in and check out.

PPassporttoPalateThis hotel was recommended by a friend and I would happily stay again, or in their other locations. The staff were friendly; the hotel was neat and clean. The rooms spacious enough, so you did not feel cramped in any way. The hotel has a pool, outdoor and indoor, and a small room with some gym equipment (but no room to spread of a gym mat out). There was some construction happening on the side street next to the hotel but it didn't bother us; the work stopped in the early evening.
The hotel is well located as well; easy waking distance to the square with lots of places to eat, and a few nice rooftop bars. You are a close walk to the market - which I would recommend eating your way through one afternoon, and close to the subway line if you wish to get further afield.

TTravelang88Hotel is centrally located near to Sao Bento station and can walk to most attractions like the clerigos and cathedral. There are also several food options available. The only downside is thereâs not much amenities. The gym is pretty small and no swimming pool

GGuest UserThe staff is always friendly and willing to help, top grades to them! The location has plus and minus. Unless your in one of the cabs that has special permission to enter Flores street, you are going to have to haul bags from a fair distance. Once there, itâs close to many cool things by foot. The rooms are a bit dated, but hey, itâs a 500 year old building! Highly recommend visiting the garden!
