"A great option for one night in Pamukkale. The host is very welcoming. If you want to be met, please let them know your arrival time in advance, or at least 15 minutes beforehand, as there is no reception. If no one is there upon arrival, message the host and they will arrive in 5 minutes. We would have liked to have some dishes added to the room, as there was a kitchen area, but they were missing. We asked for them, and they brought them to us."

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

It was a great hotel, especially compared to the surrounding accommodations. The help, service, food and hygiene were excellent. Unfortunately, the spa department left much to be desired, probably because it was run by an external party. Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher. In addition, I had to pay cash because the owner said he had to pay his staff immediately. I found this very unpleasant. The attitude of the owner after the massage was unprofessional and annoying, which really ruined my experience. Too bad, because otherwise the hotel was good.

This hot spring hotel is a great value in every aspect, especially the hotel's hot spring swimming pool is very unique, and every room has a hot spring bathtub. This is a very ideal accommodation when you come to Pamukkale.

Would you like my honest opinion? My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!) Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.

I want to write a review about this hotel, stayed by a family of four people. Hotel is good, I want to note its size, everything is done fundamentally, when communicating on the respiratory It turned out that this hotel was built for a long time, but is maintained in very good condition, the plumbing is correct, Excellent thermal sources and pools. This is the only place of all my long trip to Turkey where the pools work until 11:00 p.m. Despite our late arrival, everything was well organized and staff helped buy a tour of the balloons in Pamukkal. The cost was the most adequate, unlike those sold on the spot. To the North entrance of Pamukkale by car literally 5 minutes. There is a parking it is especially interesting for anyone who comes by car, at the hotel itself a big parking you go there put a car there, good breakfasts, even perhaps the best breakfasts we took during your trip. Dinner is also good, the most important products are fresh and delicious to fix? I would write the value in the liras of the menu rather than in the euro still we are in Turkey I understand that the hotel is designed for tourists, but still. Also bar card prices are really great. Beer 7 euros) In shops from 120 lira. Gentlemen make a gap at least twice, otherwise there is a huge desire to go to the shop of the migrators who are immediately turning to the hotel.
