The room was spacious and grand, about 50-60 square meters, and the bathroom was also quite large, around 10 square meters. They informed me about the Trump Spa on the 14M floor and that I could use its facilities. Later, on the day of my check-out, my friend booked a City Architecture Tour for me which ended at 12:30 PM. I asked if I could extend my check-out until 1:00 PM, and the foreign front desk staff member kindly offered me a 2:00 PM check-out. Overall, the front desk and restaurant staff provided great service, making me feel respected as a guest and not discriminated against. The hotel's facilities and atmosphere are wonderful, making for a very comfortable stay. It was a very pleasant check-in experience.

This hotel was perfect! Located next to Riverwalk and basically everything in the downtown area. I had the King Spa River view room and it was amazing. The view was perfect and the tub was on point.

The room is large and fully equipped. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. There is a subway station a few steps downstairs, a supermarket opposite, and Chicago's famous deep dish pizza next door. Although it is in the city center, it is still very quiet.

Located in the convenient and relatively quiet Loop area of downtown Chicago, it's ideal for guests seeking a good night's sleep. The lobby is grand and elegant, the rooms are spacious and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom design is outstanding – everything is exceptionally well-maintained. The executive lounge is another major highlight, offering high-standard dining options for both breakfast and evening meals.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the city center attractions 👍. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, etc., and the body lotion smells quite nice. However, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There's no free drinking water 💦; it costs $3 per bottle. If you're a Hilton Diamond 💎, Gold, or Silver member, you get two free bottles daily 🆓, but unfortunately, I'm just a regular Hilton member. It was a bit noisy at night 🌃, and I felt the window soundproofing wasn't very good.

Valet team was very helpful and nice. Front desk didnt seem too family friendly. Was disappointed there was no microwave in hotel room. With the price of room per night, I was expecting to be able to microwave some popcorn at the end of the night. Room with a view aparently meant we got to look at the backside of other buildings. We had no internet service in the hotel and had to purchase hotel wifi for $10 a night.

The hotel lobby is breathtakingly beautiful, like stepping back into the Golden Age. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are professional and courteous. If you're in Chicago, you absolutely cannot miss this classic hotel with its rich history!
