Das recht neue und ruhig gelegene B&B Eremes liegt etwas ausserhalb von Cuneo an der Einfallsachse von der Autobahn her. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und modern ausgestattet mit Fernsehapparat, Minibar und Teekocher. Für Fahrzeuge hat es gegen einengeringen Aufpreis einen Platz in einer geschlosssenen Garage. Das Frühstück ist grosszügig aber etwas lieblos angerichtet. Es gibt zum Beispiel kein frisches Brot. Die historische Altstadt von Cuneo ist zu Fuss ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet eine grosse Zahl an verschiedenen Restaurants und Bars.

Incredibile maleducazione del personale che senza pazienza si arrabbiano alla minima distrazione del cliente, camere con polvere e praticamente prive di finestre , televisione lentissima e praticamente non funzionante apparte il canale 26 , colazione scarsa e solo dolce praticamente

Hanno detto al mio allenatore "che faccia fai?" Mentre lì stava guardando e si stava scusando. Non ci siamo proprio. A colazione poi la varietà è molto poca. I letti buoni ma in alcune stanze non prende benissimo internet. Vi lascio questa recensione così su due piedi

Personale scurrile e antipatico volendo farci pagare in più perche un nostro allenatore ha vomitato all'interno del b&b in più avendo lasciato le chiavi dentro le camere per 2 volte in camere differenti volevano farci dormire fuori e si sono permessi di dire a uno dei nostri "cosa fai quella faccia hai sbagliato tu "

personale veramente maleducato,non hanno avuto un minimo di pazienza per piccole cose. le pulizie delle camere sono minime, polvere da per tutto, sotto ai letti, dietro ai comodini ecc. la colazione era praticamente vuota e comprendeva pochissimi alimenti.

Nonostante la prenotazione fatta 40gg prima, mi hanno fatto alloggiare in un appartamento a 300mt di distanza, senza alcun preavviso, non al altezza delle aspettative, appena verniciata e grazie a Dio non eravamo allergici alla vernice fresca. Colazione abbastanza scarsa, tutto dal solito discount.

Contattati via mail per effettuare una prenotazione, ci hanno fatto attendere una giornata perché richiedevamo una sola notte, mentre loro volevano che prenotassimo almeno 2 notti. Il giorno dopo hanno confermato la prenotazione. A distanza di 4 giorni, hanno annullato la prenotazione senza alcuna spiegazione... pessimi, maleducati, non professionali. DA EVITARE ACCURATAMENTE.
