"This is the second time I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. Arriving at the hotel and being greeted with a smile, especially being recognized is a huge pleasure. Monica and Jamina were at the reception to perform the normal check-in functions, they greeted me with cordiality and great professionalism. For this reason, in my logic of thought, they deserved the level of "excellence". Everything else is in line with the welcome. Very clean room, excellent bed. The breakfast was very pleasant, even the vegan tart received my approval. My hotel in Cuneo 1000 percent. Thanks Monica, see you soon."

"We chose this hotel based on our experience in other countries and cities, thinking the quality would be the same everywhere – but that's not true. The hotel isn't suitable for travelers seeking comfort and coziness. We were given a room with non-working air conditioning, and there was a kettle that also didn't work. When we asked to change rooms in the nearly empty hotel, no one helped. We don't recommend opening the windows for fresh air, as the weekend market starts setting up right under the windows at 5 a.m.; the noise is so loud that it's better to sleep at a construction site. It's very sad that the hotel management has done nothing for its customers."

"We stayed at this wonderful hotel as a large group with an EF Tour. The rooms were perfectly accommodating for large groups and cleaned daily, with beds made and fresh towels. There was a quaint patio in the middle that was a nice place to visit in the evenings. Breakfast was great with a large selection of foods to choose from. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent, close to shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. Highly recommend this hotel."

Francely, the site viewed from outside has put us in doubt whether to check in or call by inventing an excuse, the rooms are located inside a historic (but not of a precious) residential building untreated, With the dark andron (and stairs) on which they face the doors of the service rooms of the oster, on the stairs next to the door of the rooms scares and massies of the neighbor of the piano, but then open the room .........a surprise! with a wide room (the so-called mansarded), light, very well furnished, clearly renovated recently with a wise building recovery, clean. when, NOT, we will return to Cuneo we will certainly return here. advice to replace (or put) Lamps on the stairs (in the evening we had to turn the phone torch)"
