We arrived in Split by bus from Zagreb and Peter rang to give directions. 15 minute walk he met us outside the apartment. A beautiful part of the old town very quiet at night but only a few minutes walk to the main town/riva. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We were on the first floor with a bedroom and bathroom. Included was towels, fridge glasses bottle opener and air conditioning. We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the stay Peter gave some great tips and advice, his English is great he is polite and helpful.

We stayed in Situs Residence for one night on arrival in Split before heading to Brac the next morning. This apartment is fabulous. It is modern, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location in the middle of the old town (yet far enough away but still only a short walk to the more commercialised area on the Riva and around the Diocletian's Palace). There is a small, well stocked kitchen which was perfect for our needs and a very good shower in the bathroom with plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable indeed Petar was our host and he could not have been more helpful guiding our taxi driver to a meeting point nearest to the apartment and then helping us with bags and giving us tips on good places to eat etc. He was also there in plenty of time to conduct our checkout so we could make our ferry to Brac. When next we return to Split, we will definitely stay in Situs Residence.

The host, Peter was fantastic. He met me at my car and showed me exactly where to park it near the apartment. The apartment is located exactly in the center old old town, an ideal location to tour the main attractions and eat at the excellent restaurants. The apartment is clean, well appointed, the bed is comfortable and the hot water works great. I also appreciated small touches like guidebooks of the area and country, City guide of where to eat along with information about split history and culture. It is quiet and pleasant temperature. We are so happy we found this place on ***********!!!

The apartments are well situated close to the old walled city but far enough from the noisy bars. We had a really enjoyable meet and greet service by Petar who gave us a lot of information about the surrounding neighbourhood and where to go if we wanted to avoid the tourist traps. He made himself available and responded really quickly by whatsapp. Our check out was equally good and Petar was punctual to the dot! He even found us a place where we could park our rental car for free within walking distance of the apartment. Our attic room was modern and very functional. The immediate neighbourhood had a nice village atmosphere with small local bars frequented by locals and a few tourists. (NB payment is directly to the owner, either by cash or online transfer. They don't accept credit cards.)
