After waiting for 3 hours we arrived at the place at 7.30pm when their reception was stated to be available till 8pm and found NO one or no open door so we had to book another place and sent them a request to cancel since we could not access. The host did not respond but simply deducted the money and refused cancellation. They then still ignore any further communications. The worst experiences ever. My advice is avoid them at all cost. I am still trying to get my money back. I"
