Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are super nice and helpful. Perfect location as well. I am too lazy and I hardly write reviews, but I'd fully recommend this place.

Nice hotel for a reasonable price. We are Accor diamond members, and we were entitled to some perks, upgrade and some other treats. Nevertheless, the hotel is very clean and has a nice view of the city.Rooms are modern with very good lighting, which is often a problem even in a 5 star hotel. Personalised breakfast, with all kinds of goodies available.

This recently renovated hotel is a short stroll to the old town and very convenient. The rooms and facilities are more than comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful from the reception to the cleaners to the wait staff everyone goes out their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast is delicious too so much to choose from. The sage water and ice tea they put out for the guests every day is a nice touch.

Classy with a young vibe and stellar staff. This small boutique hotel is a treasure - a short walk to the Diocletian Palace. It is clean, quiet, comfortable and charming and I would have liked to stay longer. Breakfast service was beautiful and the staff the most accommodating I have experienced. Hotel Fermai is a wonderful hotel in Split, just about a five minute walk into Diocletian's Palace. When booking, we debated between this hotel and another one on the water, and chose this one to be closer to the "center" of town. The building is historic and charming, and the rooms were clean and quaint. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were just wonderfully kind and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts! The reason for the four stars vs five stars include - the rooms were small. We booked a suite, and even the suite was small, with very limited space to put your luggage and clothing. We "lived out of our suitcase" while there which was frustrating. We booked a suite with a balcony, but the balcony was tough to access with the luggage in the way, and there wasn't any view to enjoy. However, I still highly recommend this hotel!
