It’s a great place, run by a lovely manager called Ana, who is so thoughtful, helpful and friendly. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

最悪のホテルでした、まず看板が全く無いから見つからない
近所で洗濯物を干していたおばさんの協力を得て無人ビルを開錠、2階のドアに初めて看板を発見。
やっと電話で呼び出した管理人が来たのは45分後
ベッドが小さく、男2人では寝られないのでソファーベッドを使うからシーツをくれと言ったところ、それだと3人で使用となるのでもう1人分の宿泊代をもらうと言われた

在split，大部分是名宿，並不是酒店，這個也是民房改建的。沒有前台沒有服務。房間還可以，但是衹是民宿的4星，不是專業酒店的4星。

여러분 이 호텔은 절대 가지 마세요. 고객을 상대로 완전 사기치고 있읍니다. 예약 후 메일로 공항픽업과 관광 투어 예약을 원하면 신청하고 reception 에서 신분증 필요하고 세금을 내야한다는등 헛소리를 해대며 마치 호텔을 정상적으로 운영하고 있는것 처럼 거짓말을 늘어놓고 사기를치고 있읍니다. 숙박 당일 오후4시경에 호텔에 도착하였으나 reception 커녕 문도 잠겨 있고 불도 꺼져 있고 사람은 아무도 없고 투숙객도 전혀 없는 상태였읍니다. 기다리다 못해 옆에 있던 bar에 들러 호텔 주인에게 전화를 해달라고 하였더니 금방 온다는 소리를 하였는데 전혀 나타나지 않아 다시 그 바에 서성거리는 사람에게 다시 전화요청을 하였더니 한다는 소리가 투숙할수 없고 다른 호텔을 연결해줄테니 택시 타고 가라는거였읍니다. 천신만고 끝에 그 사람 차로 그곳에서 30분 거리에 있는 다른 호텔로 가서 투숙은 하였으나.그때가 벌써 오후7시경으로 거의 3시간 이상을 비 속에서 추위와공포에 떨며 고통을 받은 일을 생각하면 지금도 치가 떨립니다.일찍 도착하여 그곳을 구경하고 다음날 일찍 떠나려는 나의 계획은 왼전히 수포로 돌아가 관광은 커녕 고통만 받고 떠나야했는데 이 보상은 어디서 받아야하나요? 버스 터미널에서 직선거리로 가깝다고 하여 예약하였으나 실제가 보니 선전과 달리 그곳은 역 뒷편으로 바로 가는 도로가 없고 멀리 돌아서 가야 하는데 완전 언덕 길이라 가방을 끌고 가는데 30분이상을 비가 온데 끌고 천신만고 끝에 가 보니 위와같이 완전히 주인 없는 사기 호텔이었읍니다. 나중에 알아보니 그 호텔은 전기와 수도가 공급이 않돼 운영을 할수 없다는거였읍니다. 이런 호텔은 빨리 퇴출 시켜 다시는 저와같은 피해자가 나와서는 얺되겠기에 후기를 거의 작성하지 않는 제가 모처럼 후기를 올린겁니다. 여러분 이 호텔 절대 가지 마세요. 똑 같은 피해가 반복 됩니다.
