Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf

Very scenic resort. The service needs to improve at the Oronno Bilash hilltop restaurant as se were left waiting and could not take a seat until we ordered, however one of the waiters did not even acknowledge us. Mobashir is a very good waiter and went above and beyond.

Grand Sultan Tea Resort and Golf: Pure Bliss! Luxurious rooms, restaurants, sports, kids zone, swimming pool, beautiful grounds, stunning golf course, library, cinema, divine spa, and impeccable service. A five star escape like no other! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a pleasant tour with my family at Grand Sultan Tea Resort and golf. All the staff were friendly and provided great customer service, highly welcoming. They have a more spacious reception and dining with a variety of food items. Overall we enjoyed a lot at this place

Extremely disappointed NON-EXISTENT RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES: 1. Spa, beauty parlour, jacuzzi have not been operational. We got to know about this not at the time of booking or at the time of check-in but when we actually enquired about it. 2. Half of their "world class gym" doesn't have equipment that you can plug in 3. The advertised library had no staff to let you borrow books 4. The much hyped up gaming room with VR had no VR. POOR QUALITY FOOD: The complimentary breakfast is the most awful breakfast for a 5 star property - most of the dishes were stale. The staff wouldn't refill the trays. We thought ordering fresh omelette from the live counter would be better but the amount of salt and oil that the chef put in made the food completely inedible. Not only this, unlike every other 5- star property I've stayed in, the restaurant at grand sultan would expect you to pay for a coffee with your complimentary breakfast. The food we ordered in the room was sub standard quality.

The PERFECT resort. Everything here was incredible. First, the staff was amazing. So helpful, so caring and so attentive. The food served in the lunch and restaurants was delicious. My room was big, clean and the bed was so comfortable. The entire resort is surrounded by such natural beauty. As an American tourist, this resort exceeded all my expectations. It’s also a great place for families to stay with so many activities. My favorite part might be the pool! The game room, gym and cinema was also a great addition to an already wonderful stay.

Came to grand sultan ordered food at the orongo bilash restaurant. Was greeted very well, we ordered our food at 17:05, by 17:35 two ordered came to the table. Waited 5 minutes then asked about my bolognaise they said it will be here in 5-7 minutes. By the trims I got my food my partner and sister already ate the food. My food arrived at 17:55 it not nice at all and I could tell it was rushed, non of the waiters or manger apologied for the delay with my food. I heard the waiter tell his colleagues I read the order to the chef so why did the chef forget. Absolutely disgusting service. The menu was very expensive yet the disappointment at the service that was received.

I visited their resort 2 times last year. I am giving this review after almost one year because I can still remember their top-notch service, behavior, food quality , and place. Specially very much helpful with guest. ! Hope so, Soon i will visit again !

The property is very well managed and maintained, to the international standards.

We are Bangladeshi's, a family of 5 adults who are residing overseas for decades. We got the opportunity to explore Sreemongol this time and picked Grand Sultan for our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, facilities, the food and hospitality! The lake water though, can definitely be maintained better by using clear fresh water. Nonetheless, pleasantly surprised by the standards maintained and will definitely visit again especially for the food and hospitality!
