Mannat Resort was a very fine experience. Excellent stay arrangements. Very courteous staff and very clean premises. My family with a total of 19 people stayed in the Hotel for 4 days. Even the restaurant is very good and served fresh and delicious food. Ample parking space and reasonable pricing (but you have to book in advance for good rates). Overall superb property.

Extremely Disappointed – Ruined Our Special Day. I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel in Srinagar. We had chosen your property to celebrate a special occasion, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. From the moment we arrived. The room was clean, with house keeping not available after 5pm, making our stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the amenities promised at the time of booking were either unavailable or poorly maintained. We were served food everyday in our SMALL bedroom. Dining area was locked due to less guests and we were hence not allowed there like we were some kind of outcastes. Despite informing the staff about our special occasion, there was no effort to make our stay memorable—instead, we faced delays, mismanagement, and an overall lack of hospitality. This was supposed to be a day to cherish, but instead, we were left frustrated and disappointed. All in all , if you get options please DONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. Very disappointed.

In short, its the worst 4 star hotel i have stayed in. Food: breakfast and dinner were average. I have seen 3 star hotels give out better quality food with better options. Rooms: the premium and the duluxe room both are the same size. The premium room is filled with unnecessary furnitures in the name of 'luxury. Plus it reduces the amount of walk space. Not worth the price. Bathroom: hand spray was defective. Room service: pathetic. You literally have to beg for everything. Staff is quite untrained and does not have the basic knowledge on how to speak to a guest. I asked for a water jar refill, i never got it. I paid for 3 person, but they did not want to give a pillow for the 3rd person and asked me to manage with the existing pillows. Infrastructure: looks good on the inside. Reception: all staff seems to be quite confused all the time.

Location is away from airport but then it is near the dal jheel. Food is average. Breakfast was included in my room booking but that was average. Amenities are also average. But services are prompt and good.
