Other reviews are fake we saw them and came here .Pillows, bedsheets everything dusty and dirty ,no wifi , all taps leaked,jetspray doesn't work,tv doesn't work dirty bathroom with yellowish liquid very bad experience,my worst in Kashmir I suggest u get some other ones

Not good hotel no service and behaviour is so bad or staff are abusive hotel Manager are very bad person they don't have any manners to talk with the customer they are very badly treating our customer this is hotel is very bad light and heater are also not working in this hotel and generator is there but they are not on the generator

We were amazed by the service hospitality and guidance provide by the hotel manager of Kashmir hill town bishambarnagar Srinagar management for our short trip to Srinagar and gulmarg from 22 to 24 march 2023 we must thanks Mr imtiyaz bhai who was always with us.
