We stayed in a room overlooking the roadway and (I think) our room's double glazing was compromised as we could clearly hear the noise of every passing car - some which were boy racers with high revs. We complained to reception (as they asked how our night had been) and they apologised. Wether they reported it I don't know.

We often do spend a night or two at a Travelodge when we are meeting family members or friends a long way from where we live. This was up to our usual experience so very useful. I find the booking on line frustrating and we do not use apps although our son does.

Toilet seat was broken, reported after first night but not repaired for next night. Kettle would not work correctly first night but was replaced for second. Tea and coffee not topped up for second night.

The room/building what you'd expect from a 2* Travelodge in the suburbs of Newcastle. Whilst the check in staff were helpful and friendly and fit me into my room in minutes (which was great given I arrived close to midnight), I can't comment on the morning staff as they've been absent to the 15-20 minutes I've been waiting! I'm just trying to find out where I can get breakfast - there are no signs and unfortunately no staff either. The security guard has been helpful and apologetic, but even he doesn't know. Sadly I have to leave shortly and I'm worried I'll have to do so without even a coffee. Very poor.

An absolutely delightful and pleasurable experience created and assisted by the assistant manager Kelly who greatly enhanced our overnight stay with two members of our family having special needs . She was most informative about our destination Lindisfarne island .

Karen was so friendly and helpful at check in. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a shame the perimeter outside the hotel was covered in litter. It would have been great to have a key to let myself in the front door after 10pm, rather than having to ring the bell but the key didn't allow for this as they said it hadn't been updated.

Had a Great stay over 3 days room was very clean and comfortable very friendly staff the girl on desk was named Karen she so friendly and bubbly there is Burger King and garage which is open 24 hour room really clean and fresh really enjoy staying the make you feel as if your at home

Karen at reception was lovely. She was keen to help and made sure I had validated my parking so that I didn’t incur a fine! I only stayed at Seaton Burn Travelodge for one night but the room was all I could need and provided a good nights sleep for me to get some rest before I headed out for work.
