Lli-li717A newly opened hotel. Everything is new. The room is very large and spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds. There are two pillows, one of which is sponge and very comfortable. The service attitude of the front desk is also very good, and they are very enthusiastic in answering any questions. The only drawback is that the restaurant does not have heating and the temperature is a bit low. The food got cold quickly. Easy parking.

The bath towels are disposable (very very friendly to people with cleanliness, no need to prepare by yourself) The room is very warm, And the location is also very good, very close to Wanda a few hundred meters! ! The young lady at the front desk is super gentle, because we will not get a washing machine, the young lady directly helps us to do laundry and drying, the service is very good! ! ! It is much better than other hotels of the same level under Huazhu I have stayed in. It will be the first choice in Lu'an in the future. ～

MM387918****✍️ How about the room? The efficiency and intimateness of the service is a plus. From check-in to check-out, the whole experience is extremely smooth. The front desk staff Chuanchuan was quick when handling the procedures, and all the processes were completed in two or three minutes. They introduced the hotel's facilities location, breakfast time, and even recommended the surrounding specialty restaurants and niche attractions. Even the route to avoid blocking was informed, and the professionalism was full. During my stay, I temporarily needed additional towels. After telling the front desk by phone, the service staff sent to the room in less than 2 minutes. I also carefully asked if I needed other help. I smiled and didn't be perfunctory. One night I found that there was a problem with the air conditioning speed adjustment. After contacting customer service, the maintenance master arrived within ten minutes. Not only did he quickly solve the problem, but also patiently explained the use skills. Before leaving, he took away the garbage I put at the door. Even when checking out, the staff will take the initiative to help with the luggage, confirm that there is no missing items before politely saying goodbye, every service link is connected naturally, people feel comfortable and satisfied? Your praise and criticism are very important to us, and we look forward to your sharing of the package, food and experience.

It is clean and tidy according to the standard of the farmhouse. After you drive to the entrance of the scenic spot to buy a ticket, you will contact the boss to pick you up. The homestay is very close to the scenic bus station.

The laundry room is very complete, the dryer equipment is very advanced, the operation is simple and easy to understand, it is too practical for travelers who are away, and there is no need to worry about washing clothes and not drying. The breakfast is more abundant than expected, with a complete variety of Chinese and Western styles, from freshly cooked noodles to exquisite pastry bread, fresh fruit and a variety of hot dishes.
