#衞生比較乾淨，但是因為房間在頂樓，所以曬的很熱，有味道，開窗户再開空調十分鐘再關窗户會好很多。#服務老闆挺好#位置交通附近沒有共享單車，要麼滴滴要麼走路，不過附近幾條街綠化不錯，都有樹蔭，還行。樓下有小商店，就是沒什麼賣飯的，要走走，附近有。#房間設施挺好，電梯雖然是後裝的但半層，但是比沒有可方便多了。#性價比高啊高。
