The location is fairly close to the bus stop, and it's a quick bus ride to both the KTX station and the express bus terminal. The surrounding area is dark at night, and since it's in the countryside, there aren't many people around. I checked in a little late, so I went to a pub in the building across from the hotel. The owner was incredibly friendly and we had a great time chatting. The room is small, and since you're sharing it with other people, the lights are turned off around 11:00, so you have to be careful about noise and light. I don't think you can open a large suitcase. I think a backpack or a small suitcase would be best. The room seemed to be well-maintained, so I didn't have any issues with cleanliness. They provide all the shampoos, towels, and a hair dryer. There are outlets for each bed. Oh, and the cat at the front desk is super cute. He's super friendly, and I left feeling so relaxed.

It's about 20-25 minutes away from Yi Sunxin Square. There is Lotte Mart and convenience stores right in front of you, and I couldn't use it, but there is coffee, ice and ramen on one side of the parking lot of the hostel building. The coffee machine is broken, so it can't be used. The massage machine is broken, there is no remote control, and the code is pulled out, so it is not used. 당일 검색해서 묵은 숙소인데 위치도 여수밤바다 거리에서 차량5분 거리로 가깝고 오래된 건물이지만 청소상태 괜찮고 가격대비 나쁘지 않았지만 아쉬운 점은 엘리베이터가 없다는 점과 깨끗한 청소상태에 비해 시설 관리는 좀 부족한 거 같습니다 화장실 문 손잡이가 낡아 테이프로 감아놓은거라든지, 세면대가 너무 작고 세면기 수전이 고정이 않되 돌아 간다든지, 침실내부 소파의자는 밑에 터져 솜이 나와있다든지 등 시설은 좀만 신경써서 관리해주면 좋을듯 합니다

The pension was nice though I wish it were closer to the beach. The pictures did make the ocean seem a bit closer than it was. The view from outside the room was a ditch, then a train yard and then the beach. Staff was really nice though and the room was good especially for the price.

I would say that the facilities do not exactly quality as “hotel” material. Motel is more suited to describe it. However, it is a really good motel. The rooms were clean but the bathroom itself needed a deeper clean. Did not smell like cigarettes inside the room but the floor lobby did smell like that. Overall it is was a decent night

The hotel location has a lot of eatery nearby (within walking distance) with ample parking space. Thought its only 1 night stay, the room is comfortable.

New, clean hotel. Room service at level. Silence throughout the hotel. Breakfast in the restaurant needs to be cooked by itself, which adds a home atmosphere. In general, we recommend for a quiet, solitary rest.

Good location and very clean amenities. On first impression, look old, but everything is so well equipped. Fridge is filled with canned drinks and bottled water. Microwave and water dispenser at every level. free satchets of instant maxim coffee for anyone to try. Good wifi. very spacious room. Although i did not get the standard bed that i booked due to overbooking, the owner was truly apologetic though he had limited English. He promised to change rooms but i realised sleeping on the floor with beddings felt nice too. He even allowed a late check out for me. superb service.

Decenr room. Poor staffs. Not present. Expzcting guest to call or text when foreigners could not read Korean. Had to use google translate. Not fun at all. Bottomline, self-service.
