Just need a night stay for catching an early flight. The room is clean and front line lady is nice. Coffee is served in lobby. The only minor issue is the bath tub tab keeps dripping a lot of water while hving a shower so it is not a full load. According to the check in lady, armed security will be stationed at car park at night time, feel safe. Will stay again next time.

After an extremely long family day at the Grand Canyon, we arrived at the hotel very late and completely exhausted. From the moment we walked in, the experience turned around thanks to the amazing staff.
I especially want to recognize Mona, who was absolutely incredible. She immediately made my family feel welcome and taken care of, even though it was late and we were clearly worn out from the day. Mona was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get settled quickly and comfortably.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a long day of travel and exploring. But it was Mona’s level of service that really stood out. People like her make a huge difference and are the reason we would absolutely stay here again.
Thank you again, Mona, for taking such great care of my family—it meant a lot after such a long day!

Guest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel. It is really convenient for the airport. There are a few decent restaurant options nearby. I had to leave for the airport too early to avail myself of the shuttle service and the breakfast. I can attest that the breakfast is very good based upon my previous stay. The staff were courteous.

The rooms are clean, it's very good for a night on a roadtrip. Also there's a complimentary breakfast that was so much better than at many hotels we've been to on this road trip, pleasant surprise!

Guest UserThe place was clean and they did not charge the 200 deposit just a 75 hold which was much more convenient. The breakfast was decent as they had omelets and sausages along with pancakes. Would stay here again at a reasonable price.

The problem I encountered was that due to the itinerary, I divided the two order dates differently, but it was three consecutive days. I sent e-amll 2 times to the hotel to inform the hotel that the hotel needed to arrange the same room number for 3 days, but did not reply to me. I checked in smoothly on the first night. It is also determined that the counter staff is staying for 3 nights. After entering the room, I also found that the double bed was small. It was different from the photo. When I was ready to comb, I found that the bathtub was not well drained, like blocked water. Finally, I used a chopstick to take out the toilet paper in the drainage hole and some hair. I think the hotel cleaning staff did not find this problem. The next day we went out, the housekeeping staff mistakenly thought that we only stayed for one day. We were scared when we entered the room at night. Our luggage was gone. My husband went to the counter to ask clearly. Fortunately, there was no missing. I feel that the hotel has not confirmed it clearly again. Because the relationship between the hot air balloon festival in New Mexico, the price has risen by $210-230 and the real room is not worth it at all. There is no shuttle bus to the hot air balloon festival. Some hotels have shuttle buses, and I booked it in early July. Anyway, I sent e-amll without a response, I can only call to ask, not suitable for people who don't speak English to order

Rhonda DhondaWe really had a great time in Albuquerque. Despite taking a wrong turn and ending up in the God-forsaken city to begin with. I have to admit that I had a really nice experience with the local drug dealers. They were all so great. I almost wanted to stay longer. But due to the bad timing of my partner's inconsiderate overdose, I must leave. So farewell God-Forsaken City, until we meet again,

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a terrible time with the keys. The very first time I checked in I went to my room and came right back to the counter three times because the keys would not work. Other than being a little frustrating that was no big deal. However in my first room, the TV did not work. Also, I could never get in to the side door and always had to walk around. Was this a terrible place to stay? Noooo… but don’t expect much.
