GGuest UserThe hotel was okay but the customer service significant lacked. Couldn't get towels brought up to me for over 2 hours. Kept having to call the desk and everytime he would answer and took my room number..nothing. Had to come downstairs and he's on his phone and drinking water. Mind you I had a project I was working on so I couldn't go downstairs. Also, My TV didn't work. Had a brown stain on my comforter. I see now why they have low ratings. They could really be a good hotel.. Just retrain the workers.

GGuest UserWe stayed overnight in our way to Florida. The hotel was a little hard to find, but we eventually did (didn't help that there was a monsoon going on at the time!). The room was very spacious, clean, and pleasant. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and everything went very smoothly. Only complaint i have is the noise from the Interstate; i could hear the traffic all night, but, to be fair, the hotel did supply disposable ear plugs. I would stay again.

LLauraThis hotel has a wonderful staff, there is nothing bad to say about the staff, the room was clean, and breakfast was good, location was good as well. Unfortunately, the hotel does need a major remodel. The gym's AC was not working, Ice machine was not working (we were offered to ask front desk for ice to accommodate the inconvenience though). There is an inside pool but the pool is not heated, so water was very cold (kids couldn't stay in the water because of shivering). I just don't think that it's worth the $150 or a 5 star review :-(

RRobynI love staying here I run a sonic and when I come into town I only stay with sunny and his staff the rooms are always excellent and clean anything you need they get right on it love this place he don’t play no games now . But love this place R. Brown

GGuest UserThe customer service was excellent—I especially appreciated the youngest gentleman on the team. He is doing an outstanding job and truly understands how to interact with customers. His approachable and attentive manner draws people in and makes them feel welcome. He listens carefully, humbly asks about your needs, and genuinely takes care to ensure a positive experience. Because of his exceptional service, I would highly recommend this place to others. I would rate his service as A++.

AAnonymous UserWent to the Atlanta Blade Show. The price is quite reasonable considering the time of the year and the distance from the galleria center. The staff were kind and helpful. I arrived at the hotel at noon. There happened to be a room available and they let me check in early so I didn't have to hang around. Grateful to them.

VValerie FranksI have stayed at several ESA locations. BY FAR.....Interstate N Pkwy location is the best on the Cobb County area. Super pet friendly!! Could do better on the breakfast items. But hands down, the staff is amazing. Property Mgr, Shawn does what he can to please and satisfy all of the customers, with the help of Alexis, Desmond, Mark, and Rene and the entire housekeeping staff.
