GGuest UserThis is a value for money hotel in the gateway city of the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff. Not only the Grand Canyon, but also close to the surrounding Meteo Crater, Petrifade National Park, and Sedona, and close to the main roads I-17 and I-40, which was convenient. Highly recommended as a family trip.

GGuest UserThe accommodation was simple but very clean. Slightly off the main road so quiet in my room. Good bathroom. Furniture a bit dated. Bed v comfortable. A/c works well. Fridge and microwave v useful. Laundry on site cheap.
Easy walking distance to rail station and down town
Area felt safe.
Staff helpful when asked things.

GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel facilities are well maintained, but the closet door handle in my room fell as soon as I opened it. Thanks to me calling the front desk to ask if there is bottled water, and then telling him that the door handle fell, he said that it would be recorded in the note, in case I would be charged. My God, this phone is estimated to be deducted from my money if I don't make it? Just stayed for one night. Breakfast is simple and not much style. The outdoor pool is hot water. BTW If you are choosing to travel to the Grand Canyon, it takes an hour and a half to drive from here to the Grand Canyon. If you want to stay in the Grand Canyon for a few more days, it is not recommended to stay here. If you drive from other cities and want to find a place to stay, continue to leave the next day, then this is a good choice.

DDashiellQuiet, clean, great staff. The ONLY negative was there’s no breakfast served during the Covid-19 alerts. One of my go-to amenities is a property that has breakfast available. This should be noted so that an informed decision can be made.

YYANLIANGChecked for a long time and found this hotel without disappointment. The design of the hotel is simple and comfortable. Facilities are new and the room is clean. Although some rooms are on the road, they do not feel noisy. The little brother of the hotel saw that the frost on our car window took the initiative to get us a snow shovel, and the service was very good. There is a lot of food nearby, and Wal-Mart is very convenient.
The only drawback is that the bathroom fan sounds a bit loud.

The happiest thing for us as a group of three is that the manager assigned a room (with 2 beds) that includes a smaller room (with 1 bed) so that the three of us can have one's own bed. This is better than 3 people on 2 beds as all the other hotels/motels would treat us. The air conditioner, though, is noisy because of the age. Since the temperature is not hot in early August, we can do without air conditioning.

LLilyThere is so much to do in Flagstaff we decided to extend our stay. We had a king room but when we tried to extend our stay, king rooms weren’t available on Trip. However, the front desk staff helped us out and were able to keep us in the same room with our new booking. It was a great service!
