酒店硬件是不錯，早餐也還可以。美中不足的是不知道什麼原因到店後前台告知説我們預訂的房間已經有人住下了，我們就沒得房間了。溝通了半天，才弄清楚前台錯把另外一個同姓的華人當成我們了，害得我們等了好久，連個道歉都沒有，本來開了一天的車就很累了。

The room was very nice and the facilities were slightly old. The coffee machine is so small. There are fewer restaurants around and it takes a long walk.

I was looking forward to the kitchen they had there at the motel but as soon as I got there I saw 2 roaches..makes me not want to go back there anymore that was disgusting and ruined my time being there!!

The room is a little smaller, the rest is similar to the average car brigade. The first floor is noisy, the door to go out next door and the luggage parking will be very clear. Stay here and drive to the outlet for about 10~15 minutes, for People who go out to the outlet are a cheap accommodation option.

The hotel breakfast is too simple, no eggs are provided. The hotel has no sound insulation, and there is music disturbance late at night. The noise nuisance of music seriously affects sleep. It is recommended that the hotel inform guests not to play music after 11 pm.

Right now for the next two months there’s construction all over the place but plenty of signs to get to where you’re going. Great location right in the middle there Districk Ontario Pomona busy lol what are you this way through the middle it’s great great hamburger place right across the street. I’m all around Ontario mills mall HUGE. He gets really quiet at night, but you can go walking around the parking lot goes far as you feel comfortable. It’s dim lit on purpose for the birds. The hotel has a huge atrium when you walk in pretty much everything‘s clean the rooms really nice what’s your figure out the light switches ha ha. The pool is excellent. Looks like they just have it rebuilt if you get a chance to stay there decent money for the hotel it looks like it’s going to be expensive but it’s not, if you plan on staying a couple nights stopping at Safeway across the street and grab some food and drinks drinks expensive are the vending machine. All in all good today not a bad place at all. Front desk was marvelous was perfect. I loved the one that checked me in. I came in late like a Jenna clock. She was on it didn’t miss a beat. See you there if you can.

Good cheap room if you're in the area. Front desk is professional and polite. Rooms are OK. I would suggest booking online though it will save you some $.

The staff here is so welcoming Rene is always attentive and professional Concierge . Concierge best describes it .. I frequent here and I always feel I’m 🏠
