We are a family-friendly property and best suited for families who want a laid-back vacation in a very centrally located lakefront property. We host a lot of family and friend reunion groups --- please reach out if we can be of any assistance in planning your gathering!The Spotted Sandpiper is located in the woods with frontage on Cayuga Lake and bugs love the woods and water! They're savvy at finding their ways indoors (these are cabins after all). If the bugs are ever "bugging" you, we're always happy to help.Winter guests:Guests using the property in snowy/icy weather need 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicles to come down our 1/2 mile private road.
