It was such a seamless experience for a short-term feeling home like stay. Val is such a gentle lady and really care for you as a special family member. You can find a home-made small piece of chocolate on your bed, enjoy the warmth of a cozy outdoor hot tub. See the photo. Feel like home is what they are trying hard every day to make you that footprint in every details that you will see in this rental property. I named it a value-for-every-penny experience that was hardly to hard from anywhere in the world, but a place to feel like home managed by 2 generous & warm-hearted women. I don’t want to write too much because probably I could not book them next time. LOL

The room was very noisy, with machines humming all night long, making it impossible to sleep. The swimming pool was not available, and there was no notice when booking. There are many options for hotels in this price range, so don't choose this one. Really disappointed

Check in was fast and room was big and nice and clean. The pool was super nice and kid friendly ! Super nice and helpful staff

Worst service I’ve ever received in a hotel. Dropped a suit for dry cleaning on a Tuesday afternoon and front desk never once respected their promise to follow up and confirm it would be ready for my departure. Worse, after the second day, no one seemed aware of what had happened to my dry cleaning. Ended up changing my plans and moving meetings to hope for my garments to make it in time on my day of departure. Luckily it made it, but I ended up paying for a late return of my rental car. I received no apology from anyone at the hotel.

The lady who checked us in did not seem to know what she was doing and her supervisor seemed done with her incompetence. The room was fine - as expected. The hot tub area was a little strange, including that it is in the basement. The kids enjoyed free slushies and all enjoyed breakfast.

Booked using trip.com app. Third stay at this location. Great location. Good parking. Efficient check-in. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower had great power and wall mounted shampoos and washes were a nice touch. Buffet breakfast including various fruit, hot and cold cereals, yogurts, bacon, turkey sausage (and more) was tasty. Service at breakfast by several young ladies was friendly and attentive. We loved speaking to Ruby who is a wonderful ambassador of hospitality for the Inn. Check out was fast and easy. Thank you to all! Will be back soon!

The only reason cleanliness is rated a 3 is because our room had a smell to it (not bad, it could just be the cleaning products), other than that it was clean. It’s located on the outskirts of winnipeg which is lovely for driving out of town. The service was awesome, everyone from workers to people staying was friendly, it is a very welcome and warm environment. We ended up with a top floor room and was able to move onto the ‘motel’ style rooms, which was very appreciated. The breakfast that comes with the hotel really exceeded our expectations, REAL eggs, the crispiest best hash browns, and the toast was bacon was good too. They had an interesting cinnamon bun french toast that i’d definitely try next time. They have a pantry/ little convenience store in the lobby, and I’d say the prices are reasonable, definitely would expect them to be more. On the downside the beds are on the stiffer side, but the pillows are of good quality. this wouldn’t be my first choice to come back to in winnipeg but for the price and good meal included, it’s top #5.

Hotel health is not bad, but the facilities are a bit old. The coffee machine is not very good. The ceiling of the bathroom is changed. The two rooms are broken. But the front desk people are very patient. The floor drain of the bathtub is a bit blocked. The water is not very fast and it is especially not soundproof. The corridor or the second floor are talking or I can hear it clearly when I walk. Someone on the second floor takes a bath. It is very noisy. When I flush the toilet, I will splash water out, but the lobby environment is generally very good.

Understand they are providing free stay for homeless people at the moment, but this should be clearly communicated in the description. We had a shock at the lobby when there are full of homeless people at the counter, one with many scars on his face was making troubles and cops with gun walked in. Imagine how we felt?!? There were security guards each floor at lift area but we still had a weird feeling. Luckily It was only a short stay for early morning flight. Free shuttle to airport is plus and only 5 mins to airport.

Room facilities are a bit old, but health is OK. The bed is particularly soft, and it will feel very tired after a night of sleep. This pure personal feeling, a small partner who likes a soft bed is a good choice! I have no breakfast in the room, which determines that the price/performance ratio is still a little low. The most important thing is that there is no free parking lot. I didn’t expect this parking time. The parking fee is 15 knives/day. Others are okay, friends who have no car live here is good, after all, it is downtown, it is quite convenient.
