We originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel welcome and valued. I went to Cixi to visit tombs during the Qingming Festival and chose this All Seasons hotel. The location is very good and quiet, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping around. Environment: Simple style, very clean, tea sets and tea leaves are placed in the room, very unique Service: Very attentive, it feels like going home. Two bottles of warm water will be provided when leaving the store, which is really considerate. Special thanks to Tangtang for watching me bring my baby in and giving her a breakfast👍🏻. A toiletry bag and steam eye mask will also be provided when you check in. If you need anything, just call and the cute robot 🤖 will deliver it to your door. The overall stay experience is very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Cixi.

This hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.

It's so happy to be able to book such a cost-effective hotel in such a good place. The hotel building is quite stylish, at first glance it is an old serious hotel with its own parking lot. The room was also very clean. 700 meters walk nearby is Shanglinfang Pedestrian Street. There is a super lively night market at night, many snacks, and you can also go to the shopping mall. It is recommended to come to Cixi to play here.

The front desk staff were very friendly and upgraded my room. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, but the shower water pressure wasn't very strong. The breakfast was also good. I would definitely stay here again.
