Honestly, if they had just offered an explanation when I first brought up the AC, I wouldn't have written this negative review. It was beyond frustrating. To top it off, waiting for the elevator was a nightmare; it took ten minutes just to get downstairs, so I ended up carrying my luggage down from the 6th floor.
