Facilities: The hotel facilities are remarkable, but don't compare them with the requirements of first-tier cities. I personally feel that they are still okay. Hygiene: Very clean, the aunt who cleans the room is friendly, thumbs up! Environment: Downtown area, convenient. Yong'an is where I was born. It can be said that I left my hometown, took root, and returned to my hometown. The surrounding environment is also friendly. Service: The service of the hotel's housekeeping department is great. I like all the room service including the front desk staff👍 The most ”exciting” part is here, and the key point is: it is not recommended to dine in the restaurant on the 2nd/3rd floor of the hotel. The service attitude of the catering department is really bad (note⚠️ I mean the dinner restaurant catering. The aunts who provide breakfast and cook flat meat rice noodles and noodles are super enthusiastic)! The story started when the hotel front desk informed that the restaurant was full that night (during the Spring Festival), but you can go to the restaurant to order dishes and have them delivered to the room. The waiter took us to the director of the catering department to order food. The director's reaction to the guests was to sit in his office chair and say, ”I'm busy and don't have time” (she can't even stand up in front of the guests, and can't do the most basic etiquette. How did she become this director? A relative?!) We didn't care much, and the waiter could only go to their manager. The manager gave us a menu. After looking at the menu, I found it a bit difficult (personal taste is used to authentic Cantonese cuisine, after seeing the mixed dishes on the pad). After the manager of the catering department heard me and my father say something, she suggested that if we feel that it is not suitable, we can go to the restaurant on the corner of the first floor. We immediately asked if the restaurant downstairs was of the same level of food, and the answer we got was: ”It's almost the same, our employees eat there.” But when we got downstairs, we were dumbfounded 🙄 a dimly lit small stall with worrying hygiene conditions. I really can't understand that a so-called four-star hotel catering manager still has such a poor understanding of customer needs when repeatedly asking guests to confirm whether the food is of the same level. We can only go back to the restaurant again and ask if we can introduce a nearby restaurant of the same level. The attitude of the waiter in the catering department was cold and impatient: ”Everywhere is full now, there are no seats, such as the old Yong'an in the street, Xi Xiangfeng, which are of the same level, but there should be no seats.” At that time, I was really angry. I thought, how could a four-star hotel have such a poor service in the catering department, especially during the Chinese New Year. The family had not been back to Yong'an for more than ten years. They went back happily to visit their relatives, but encountered such a bad thing. Afterwards, we also reported this situation to the hotel front desk, and the director of the housekeeping department also apologized to us (again, this matter has nothing to do with the housekeeping department), and proposed to send yogurt as compensation (I don't know if there is a tradition in domestic hotels to send yogurt to settle the matter, but we strongly refused), sister, I really don't need it. As guests, we are more inclined to believe that if this kind of catering service is not improved, it is equivalent to directly smashing the hotel's signboard, and a good housekeeping department will be implicated. Finally, we went to ”Xin Xiangfeng” for dinner. There is no harm without comparison. The catering service is enthusiastic and the dishes are well cooked. Next time I go to Yong'an, I will probably consider other four-star or above hotels. But I still want to say sincerely that apart from the issue with the food and beverage department, the entire stay experience was still good, and I would like to thank the housekeeping department and the front desk staff in particular. We need to stay in Taining for one night during the trip. We chose Chengdahao, which has good reviews. For comfort, we booked a suite. The room is really big. It is quite spacious for two people. The layout is simple and warm. 😌 One of the reasons why I have never been willing to stay in B&Bs is that the sound insulation of B&Bs is generally not good. But think about it. In a wooden house, people talking in the yard or outside the wall can be heard clearly in the room. During the festival, the sound of firecrackers and fireworks never stops. Fortunately, it is still quite quiet after midnight. Breakfast includes porridge and steamed buns, and the fish with porridge is super delicious~~ The owner is a very friendly young couple. They live in a corner of the inn. When the sun is good, they will sit in the yard with the guests to bask in the sun and chat. Everyone is very happy. Overall, it is one of the most satisfactory B&Bs I have stayed in. The price-performance ratio is quite high. The inn is also a characteristic building, and it will be very photogenic. If you drive here, you need to contact the boss in advance. The boss will guide you on the specific parking spot and pick you up at a set location. It feels great. In addition, the ancient town is well built and it is nice to walk around in it. Although it was not the peak season when we went there, there were still many people.

This stay was a truly pleasant surprise! From the warm welcome upon arrival to the meticulously arranged room, the hotel's thoughtfulness was evident in every detail. I particularly loved their mattress – it was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep! Breakfast was also superb, especially the freshly prepared noodles and fresh fruit. The location is super convenient; it's within walking distance of the subway station, and there are many delicious dining options nearby. Excellent value for money – I highly recommend it!

A very nice B&B. It was converted from a private duplex villa. It was recently renovated, so it still has a little wooden feel. The equipment inside is also very good, and there are many small items given that are very practical. The attitude of the store and the waiter was very good. We were almost over for the buffet breakfast. I asked if I could bring it over to wait for my family to come down. The waiter said that it was okay, as long as it was not wasted👏👍. The location of the B&B is very good. It is very close to the ancient city, a 5-minute walk away. There are many attractions in the ancient city, including Minzhu Street for dining, which are all very close to each other on foot.

Overall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it. Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere. Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.

The hotel is in a very good location, just across a river from Taining Ancient City, and only a few hundred meters away on foot. The room is clean and tidy, and parking is available in front of the door, which is very convenient. The breakfast tasted very good, and the lunch was also unique. The dry-fried duck was the most impressive.

The service was average because there was no breakfast. The auntie who made breakfast quit and was looking for one. There were only McDonald's and KFC around (KFC didn't turn on the air conditioner, it was very hot). There were breakfasts sold at the intersection, but you could only take them back to the hotel, which was not very convenient. Everything else was good. It's not in the downtown area, but next to Wanda, there were many people. The food was not fancy, but it met basic requirements.

The hotel is renovated, the breakfast is quite distinctive, close to the street and residential buildings, it is inconvenient to open the curtains, sometimes there is some noise, there are entertainment venues on the downstairs floors, and the staff is more complicated. But the transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go to the Swan Cave and the Long March departure point.

I like it so much. By the clear river, the wind and rain covered bridge crosses the river. The environment is quiet and convenient. It is not far from the ancient town of the scenic spot and Dajin Bridge. The little girl is very thoughtful, contact us in advance, and provide location, pointing out parking and charging locations. The room was clean and tidy. The utensils are very new. The breakfast is small and beautiful, and the tableware is exquisite. For our questions, the little sister is tireless, there are questions and answers, which makes people feel warm. Next time a friend comes to Taining, I will recommend this store
