About 5 minutes walk from the train station, breakfast is generally OK, but compared with the several hotels we stayed in a few days ago, breakfast is still much worse. And the reason why Constanz may be close to Switzerland is that hotels are more expensive.

Location is good, about 8 minutes walk from train station. Breakfast is good, except the coffee. There is no air condition in the room and there was 30 degree C when I arrived that day. The room was completely hot, despite there is a fan in the room, not much help. Another drawback is my room was at 5th floor, the elevator is only up to 4th floor, so I need to go up the stairs to 5th floor with my suitcase. I will choose other hotel if I come again.
