The room was clean and tidy. There was nothing particularly good about it, but the staff were very friendly and, best of all, it was great that the square where you can see Mont Saint-Michel is just outside the hotel. There was also a bathtub, which, although shallow, is appreciated by Japanese people!

The hotel was located next to the harbour, the room was very clean and had fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was a continental buffet with a variety of cheese, meats, bread, fruit, and cereals. A short walk from the hotel is a large selection of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. This hotel offers excellent value for money along with an excellent location to explore Cherbourg.

Хороший уютный отель для спокойного отдыха. Номер был чистый, аккуратный и комфортный, всё необходимое было на месте. Персонал вежливый и внимательный, заселение прошло без проблем. Понравилась приятная атмосфера и хорошее расположение. В ресторане тоже всё было вкусно. Остались только положительные впечатления.

This time I chose to stay at the Auberge Saint Pierre Hotel. It is easy to find. Enter Mount Saint Michel and follow the main road to enter the city gate and walk to the storefront of 3-4. Outside the window is the mountain road that extends in all directions. The room is spacious and bright enough. The hot water for washing hands and the hot water for bathing in the bathroom are two pipes. The hot water for the shower is cold for 10 minutes, and the hot water for washing hands is second. Finally, you can wash your hair with the hot water of the wash basin. Then the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel was full of people. The fish and lamb chops we ordered were not as delicious as the waiter recommended, and there was some stomach trouble afterward. It was not recommended for eating.

What did I enjoy the most? It’s the convenience where it is walkable from anywhere you want to explore around Pontorson, few mins walk from train station too. The rural French-feel, tasty breakfast prepared with utmost care, and the warm welcoming smile from staff. Bonus, there’s a pool too! Wonderful stay here and I would definitely book again given another chance. Thank you!

Next to the nearby free shuttle to Mont saint Michel which was very helpful and easy to commute too. The only problem is that to check in you have to go to another hotel which can be a bit of a hassle if you arrive early as well as once you check in at the other hotel which is one stop on the shuttle bus you can only leave your bags at the hotel instead of le saint aubert. Overall an okay experience and the lady working the breakfast buffet was nice enough to warm up my food 😊. (The picture is an image of one of the bus stops for the free bus shuttle)

We weren't able to check in until 5:00 PM. The curtains in the room were broken, and the bottle of water we were told was missing. The room didn't quite match the photos. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful location.
