The room smelled a little of cigarettes and the bathroom was not as clean as I had hoped. Loud music also blaring at 8am by cleaning staff in the hall way...

It was a good place to take parents to the scenery around the hotel and the art museum. However, if you go to a section with inconvenient legs, there is a section with a slope, so this part is a bit unfortunate.
