A very nice and clean hotel in a quiet town. It was fun to stroll around the huge plaza right next door, in front of the local government complex, where all kinds of locals exercise in the early evening during the warmer days of year. We were happily surprised by the quality of the breakfast, very professionally prepared and delicious, probably by the same kitchen of the nice restaurant in the hotel.

They say that accommodations in Inner Mongolia aren't great, so when choosing a hotel, we did a lot of research. The Helong Hotel ranked first, and as soon as rooms became available, we immediately booked four. It was already evening when we arrived at the hotel. We didn't have to wait; the front desk had already done their homework and had our rooms and key cards ready. Seeing that our booking was for four rooms, they thoughtfully arranged adjacent rooms for us and even upgraded our room types. Inner Mongolia has a large temperature difference between day and night, but the rooms were very warm, which the parents particularly appreciated. The front desk also prepared ginger tea, and after a day out exploring, a cup of ginger tea was both warming and comforting. The hotel breakfast was also good. Relatively speaking, it had everything you'd expect, plus freshly ground coffee – not instant, which is quite rare for Inner Mongolia. The small fruits at breakfast were fresh and delicious. The hotel isn't far from the scenic spots, making dining and sightseeing very convenient. The hotel itself also has a parking lot, a mini-mart, and a restaurant. They even provided umbrellas, all very thoughtful services.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are warm, attentive, and meticulous in their service, always responsive to guests' needs. The room's smart assistant can turn the lights, TV, air conditioning, and curtains on or off. It can also help you contact the front desk. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay at Jinhou again.

Perfectly comfortable! It hasn't been long since my last visit to Changdiao Qisuo, and it's still as warm and cozy as ever! This time, I came with friends for a photography project in Ulan Butong, and we booked two separate rooms for a five-day stay. The owner even upgraded us to executive rooms based on availability and room type. The rooms had everything we needed, the WiFi was very stable, and there were even charging stations outside the hotel entrance, which is great for new energy vehicles. I also learned this time that the hotel uses a snow machine on the lawn outside to create a better snowy atmosphere, but they were concerned about potential noise disturbing our sleep, so they specially arranged for the machine to stop running at night – how thoughtful! They also made sure the heating was turned up high; even though it was over -20 degrees Celsius outside, it was warm as spring indoors. Since we were staying for quite a while, we also tried the hotpot set meal and the lamb spine hotpot set meal at the restaurant, and they were absolutely delicious. There were three adults in our group, and the restaurant staff advised us that a two-person portion would be enough. At first, I was worried it wouldn't be enough, but when the food arrived, it was a huge table full, with all sorts of side dishes – truly generous portions! If you're coming to Ulan Butong in winter for sightseeing or photography, Changdiao Qisuo is definitely the top choice for accommodation. This was actually my third time here; I visited in July this year and it already felt like coming home. Knowing that the staff here are still so enthusiastic, I'm sure this place will become my grassland basecamp!

Facilities: The corridor is very spacious, there are silent carpets, free mineral water, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. There are too many places to be improved. First of all, the east-facing windows are not equipped with blackout curtains. The room is bright early in the morning, which is not conducive to sleep. Some people who sleep lightly should consider carefully. The floor drain in the shower room is not strong, the ground is not sloped, and the shower room is full of water to the heel after the shower. The toilet pumping force is not strong, and the pumping handle has to be pressed vigorously to the bottom for a few seconds before the pumping is successful. Environment: The upper floors do have a good view, but the gap between the windows can be opened is quite large. People who are afraid of heights should not be close. The air conditioner in summer is very powerful and very cool. Although the breakfast is simple, the simulation is more complete.

As the sun dipped into the vast starry sky, autumn suddenly arrived in the mountains and rivers. I witnessed the most beautiful sunset in Ulan Butong, right next to Guanyun... With my dog, if possible, we could spend the whole day in the courtyard watching the gentle clouds and the afterglow of the sunset, then gaze at the stars, sip drinks, and daydream, while also petting the landlady's big dog a few times. Wouldn't that be a wonderful and relaxing vacation? In terms of scale and environment, it seems unparalleled in the area. It has a courtyard, a lobby, and a glass roof. As for the room facilities, they are basically standard. My requirements are cleanliness and tidiness, since we're vacationing with a dog, the hotel's accommodating nature is very important, and Guanyun is perfect in that regard... We're planning another winter getaway when it snows!

Must praise this hotel! The overall environment is clean and tidy, the room is spacious and well lit, and the facilities are complete and the living is particularly comfortable. What surprised me most was the intimate pick-up service. I can also arrange the car transfer on time when I arrive at two in the morning. The staff waited patiently throughout the whole process. The security of the late night trip was full. The service was meticulous and warm. The first choice for travel accommodation. I will come again next time!

We went to this hotel on a family trip and booked a lodge. We arrived after dark, the hotel team was helpful in getting us to our lodge, although the languange barrier was clear. Transport was done by electric carts. The lodge was cosy and comfortable, with a nice terrace with wetlands view. Good beds, and a spacious bathroom. It was clean. The dinner we had was good for people liking chinese food (kind of chinese barbeque). The breakfast was chinese too, which may be an issue for people who are into more traditional western breakfast. The buffet was diverse, a lot to choose. The location of the venue is great, plenty of activities for families. We were there during Golden Week. Perfect temperature (10-15 degrees), blue skies... We can recommend this hotel and its amenities and would go back again.

This stay was truly fantastic, I have to give it a huge thumbs up! The moment I walked in, I could feel the great atmosphere of the hotel lobby. The front desk staff were warm and professional; check-in was super fast, and they even thoughtfully gave me tips on local attractions, which made me feel really welcome. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. For someone like me, who usually has trouble sleeping in new places, I actually slept soundly until morning – perfect sleep quality! The soundproofing in the room was also excellent, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. It’s also worth mentioning that the [toiletries/little details] in the room were a definite plus, showing how much effort the hotel puts in.
