The butler requested three extra meals, but when we asked for an extra blanket (they ignored my message), I could only understand since we had already added one. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was a female manager at the hot spring area reception on the first night. Her attitude was rather so-so. Because I'm from the mountains, I had swollen mosquito bites all over my head and body, each one as big as a pigeon egg, especially my forehead, which was swollen like two thunderbolts. The hotel only had mosquito repellent; I suggest they stock up on insect bite medication.
