This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!!! Absolutely everything – from its location not far from the bus station, to the optimal level of comfort, coziness, and amenities, simply incredible breakfasts, and of course, the excellent work and friendliness of the staff! Even its slight distance from the center of Zagreb is practically unnoticeable – a 20-minute walk lets you get to know the city better. Everything positive said in reviews about this hotel truly corresponds to reality. Well done, keep it up!

The hotel is new and boasts a very modern design. Both the rooms and breakfast were excellent. The price was reasonable, offering fantastic value for money. The only slight issue was that the parking lot was a bit hard to find, but the front desk staff were very helpful in guiding us. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room was great, everything was perfect. The pillows and duvet were very comfortable and everything was spotless. All the facilities seemed brand new. The hotel surroundings were quiet and clean, and it was super convenient to get to both the station and the airport. It would have been absolutely perfect if the front desk staff had better communication skills.

The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room. The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone. Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! A hotel worth admiring, not very exquisite, there are many old objects and photos. There is a very authentic western restaurant opposite, it is very convenient to drive to the old town, parking is free, breakfast is not bad

*************Excellent studio apartment...BUT the issue is the noise ******** Throughout the night from traffic and rubbish trucks. It was sadly relentless and despite having double windows the glass is not double glazing. Due to the noise I would not stay here again sadly. The apartment and service was flawless but even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep.

The hote is an excellent location in central Zagreb. The rooms facing the street are really large and quite nice. There is a nice roof-top patio with views of some of the sites of the city. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate that the staff were polite, responsive, and helpful. I would stay there again.
