The Koser House can sleep as many as 12 if there are 2 people in each bed. We have 2 full bathrooms. 1 up staris for the 3 bedrooms up and 1 downstaris for the 2 bedrooms down. There are 2 family rooms and one up and one down with large tvs. The garage and deck create a fun 3rd family room for entertaining all of your tailgating friends.
