My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!

The room was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were also excellent. It has a private beach right on its doorstep, and the service was exceptional. The only minor drawback is that it's located in a hotel zone, making trips to the supermarket a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Superb hotel, restaurants are delicious, Asian restaurants are confusing, favorite Italian restaurant, the hotel occasionally has a buffet by the pool. Facilities are great, rooms are large, adults only, no children, great stay.

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. We love the room with a great below of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay and we may come back in the future.

The room was spacious, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. The all-inclusive services were also excellent, and the food in the restaurants was delicious. It was a very pleasant vacation experience, and the price I paid for booking in advance was very good value for money!

Staying at this hotel brought mixed impressions. On one hand, the property looks new and visually appealing; on the other, there were several disappointing and controversial moments. The check-in process felt quite strange. My room upgrade request was declined in an inappropriate manner despite my Hilton Honors Gold status. Additionally, no one assisted us in locating our room, and there was no introduction to the hotel facilities- we were simply told to find all information in the app. The room itself was very noisy due to constant traffic from buses and service vehicles outside the windows. A request to change the room was declined, and the receptionist even mentioned that my Gold status meant nothing for this booking. Housekeeping also skipped our room twice, despite the sign on the door requesting service. On the positive side, the food quality was generally good, and the entertainment program was decent, though not outstanding. It was surprising that the bars did not provide a clear drinks menu of what could be ordered. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the beach, which is almost nonexistent. The highlights were the wonderful Kids’ Club staff and the generally friendly hotel personnel, although some bartenders and reception staff were less welcoming. The swimming pool is pleasant, but the hot tubs were disappointing, with noticeably dirty water. Regarding the all-inclusive restaurants, the Italian restaurant was excellent, while the Mexican restaurant was the weakest. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its modern appearance and some great staff members, but improvements in service consistency, cleanliness, communication, and beach access would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The hotel staff were all incredibly kind, and both the room and facilities were spotless. The food at the poolside bar and other snack spots within the hotel wasn't exceptional (for example, the matcha latte I ordered had no matcha flavor at all), but it varied, and the convenience of being able to order something anytime I wanted to eat or drink outweighed any minor disappointments. I made a reservation at the steak restaurant for dinner, and the appetizer salad and soup were much larger than I expected. I felt bad about not being able to finish them, so I'd recommend that those who eat light inquire about portion sizes beforehand. The room service menu was also extensive, and I found myself wishing I could have tried more. While it's not a beachfront hotel, meaning you have to take a shuttle bus to the private beach, and thus not ideal for those who want the ocean right outside their door, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning in the room cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, ensuring I wasn't disturbed while sleeping. The mattress was moderately firm, and there were pillows of different thicknesses to choose from; I slept for two nights without any back pain. The room also came equipped with USB charging ports, a hairdryer, and bottled mineral water. Even the toiletries were pump-style and felt high-quality – every detail showed great care. Finally, the service was warm and efficient. During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles, quickly processed our paperwork, and even proactively shared information about nearby restaurants and transportation routes. When I called the front desk midway through my stay to borrow a charger, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Check-out was even more efficient; verifying information and issuing the invoice was done in one smooth process. They even kindly asked if we needed help calling a taxi, showing no impatience whatsoever. Such a hotel with great value for money and excellent service is truly perfect for travelers. I've already recommended it to friends, and I will definitely choose this place again the next time I visit this city!

Hideaway Royalton Riviera Maya was a nice weekend getaway for me and my brother but also a reunion with friends. I know the hotel is closing for renovations and hopefully it can get the well needed repairs/upgrades. For me, it was better than I expected but still lack a lot and the price should've reflected what service would be given. Definitely understaffed and affected many things like a domino. The food needs to be better especially the buffet. The only food that was consistently delicious was the fish!!! The Zen restaurant delicious but a sauna so couldn't finish our food. The building itself needs repair as I cut my finger in the pool from lose tiles. We had a leak for the light in our room, but thankfully maintenance fixed it right away. The water activities could've been much better. Too many physical challenges not enough fun challenges.
