Waking up to the beautiful scenery and ending the day in such a peaceful and sophisticated suite was absolutely priceless. The staff also deserve special recognition for their exceptional hospitality. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Everything was great – the decor is new, and the staff were all professional and enthusiastic. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared with three different cuisines: Southeast Asian, European/American, and Chinese (they even had congee and pickled vegetables!). Finally, I lost my sunglasses, and the checkout staff found them and brought them down to me. I was in such a rush when I left that I didn't tip, and I've regretted it ever since. It was a young man who helped me.

We enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious and the view was simply stunning. Breakfast was very tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have a small private area with sun loungers and umbrellas. Beach was amazing too. The only negative aspect we noticed was that during breakfast, a couple of guests came into the restaurant wearing swimwear and bikinis, and the restaurant staff did not say anything to them. It didn’t feel hygienic when they chose food while undressed and then sat down at the table.

So, what can I say about the hotel... overall, it seems there's nothing better on the island. It has its own secluded bay, 2 beaches, and an excellent pool area. All issues are resolved instantly; they are very customer-oriented. We stayed with 3 children: there's plenty to keep them occupied. There's a kids' club for younger children and one for teenagers (something for everyone's interests). The coffee at breakfast is good; the only downside is very limited European food (you can order porridge through the waiter). We liked the restaurant by the bar and the steakhouse. The staff really tries hard! We liked it and will come again.

Right in front of the beach once you step out of the hotel! What a fantastic location! Plus, with a private beach, I could relax and enjoy the ocean view. There are also two types of pools, and the rooftop pool has a bar, which creates a great atmosphere! The mango parfait I had at the rooftop pool bar was the best mango dessert I've had on Boracay Island! You can get a parfait with plenty of mangoes for about 750 yen! I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast buffet menu changed every day, which was enjoyable. The variety and quality of each dish were decent. While the air conditioning in the room was good, the toilet had a sewage smell, which was unpleasant. The shower water never got hot, staying lukewarm the whole time, and the water pressure was very weak. The hotel staff were wonderful, treating me kindly and politely.

I'm giving it a minus only because of the location; everything else about this hotel is perfect. It's far from the main restaurants and the main beach, and there's no private beach nearby, so they only offer paid transportation to beaches far away. The food is excellent; I haven't eaten better on this island, even though I've been here for two months and have changed a bunch of hotels. The rooms are new, huge, and clean. The staff is very polite, the pool is gorgeous, and there are gorgeous modern sun loungers. The breakfast is delicious, although I usually don't like breakfast anywhere. The casino is large, new, and modern. The service is impeccable everywhere. I recommend this hotel, but keep in mind that getting to the beach will be difficult if you need it.
