Rrock888The room is very large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are Spain Nature Biss . I booked the first night on Trip.com. I booked the second night on the official website. It was a double breakfast and a package for playing. When I checked in, I had two different orders for two nights. I didn’t need to change the room. The front desk said that I had to re-brush the key the next day. Just one time, the result was that at noon the next day, I received a bank short message and deducted more than 400 dollars in pre-authorization. I asked Trip.com to ask the hotel. I thought I was going to continue to deduct my one-night room rate, but the amount was cheaper than the first night booked by Trip.com. Go to the front desk to explain the situation and ask them to refund me and say that they have taken it. After the pre-authorization, I checked out for two nights and asked the hotel to refund. I didn’t say that I had refunded it for half a month. I returned to the country and called the bank. The pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Trip.com to call the hotel. The hotel said that it was processed when I checked out, but now the pre-authorization is still frozen. I don’t know what to do. What a ghost!

We received 2 beds(((. As we passed through the queue at registration we decided not to loose the time finding solution and slept together in a one bed.
Second thing we didn’t like that even I called twice on the checkout time asking to send us bill boy to help with the luggage no one came and we was bringing 4 suitcases ourselves ( quite difficult on the carpet honestly).
Downstairs on the reception was a huge queue again. Take it in a mind not to be after in a hurry.
The location was acceptable for our aim.
The room was clean , a lot of pleasant amenities. Bathrobes amazing. Breakfast didn’t tried.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel in the business center of Miami. Very close to the bay. Free light rail. Light rail to the airport (orange line) is very convenient and cheap. Many restaurants nearby. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Outdoor pool. Excellent restaurant.

RRory Patrick GianfrancoThis was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

AAnonymous UserLet’s talk about the biggest surprise first: On the first night of my stay, when I was sleeping soundly in the middle of the night, a hotel staff suddenly broke into the room by swiping my card and I was kicked out. Later, I checked with the front desk that he had mistaken the room where he should send the things. The customer service manager and security director each apologized and compensated for US$200 in hotel consumption. In fact, they were still not satisfied, but they did not pursue the case because they did not want to make any more noise. Service points were deducted because this incident should never have happened in the first place.
Other than that, the overall experience is actually good. The hotel facilities are considered luxurious in the United States. Although the sea view balcony of the room is diagonally facing the coast, the view is still good. Most of the service staff are very welcoming and can call me by my name accurately. The performance of HSKP is relatively poor, the cleaning speed is slow and not particularly clean.

It's like walking into a botanical garden, and the green plants are prettier than those in Vizcaya because they are much bigger (very subjective, Vizcaya is also very beautiful, but I think this one is better because I like big plants). The hotel rooms are also very special, everything is themed around the rainforest, and opposite is the pedestrian street, which is also very lively at night. The only thing is that I really hate hotels that don't have quilts. They use two cloth quilts, one underneath and one on top, which is very convenient, but I really hate the feeling of the quilt touching my skin!

Service attitude is very considerate, room service exaggerated to send a water also A full set of trays, honey, sugar, and plastic wrap. At the door, the boy picks up the baggage, sends the umbrella, sees that you have an empty drink bottle in your hand, and the paper group will ask you if you want me to help you get rid of the trash. This tip is so happy.

TTanwanyiThe location is good, and the Bay Park is just a 5-minute walk downstairs. The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is also very good. Every time I return to the hotel, they provide water. There is a coffee machine that can also be used as a kettle, so there is hot water to drink. There are mirrors everywhere.
