Had a pleasant stay .. will come back again

The location is so strategic . The room is spacious but a liitle bit run down . Very basic amenities ..

The sanitation is indeed good and the location is also very good. There are basically no facilities! ^_^

The room is quite big, located in the highway service area. They are all on the first floor. There is a supermarket and several places to eat in the service area. Overall it's more convenient. Suitable for one night's stay for a self-driving trip.

We stay at this Travelodge frequently - it helps break up the journey to visit my parents in Banbury as we can come up the night before. The cost of the rooms is always good (generally £40ish per night) and the reception staff always welcoming & helpful. It is not a fancy pants hotel, what is though is nicely clean, well situated off the M40, with the shops/cafes at the services available for food etc., and well worth a stay if you need a stopover off the M40

A real bargain at £79 for 2 nights and a flexible rate at that. Hotel staff were so friendly we will happily stay there again.

Comfortable stay after a bit of a trek around the parking . Tiredness can kill. Take a break. Use m40

Stayed here on route south, reception staff friendly, hotel and room were clean and tidy. Although a little tired in places we had a good nights sleep.

very pleasant, customer service was really good. very good experience overall. stopped for an emergency and they managed to help me and was very nice about it. would recommend stopping here and staying over, you won’t be disappointed at all.

Very handy being on the motorway services and hotel was quiet so enjoyed a good sleep.parking was close by also

For a budget hotel, this place is fantastic. Situated on the Cherwell Valley services, it's a perfect place to stop to break up a long journey. Staff are brilliant - reception staff make you feel very welcome and do whatever they can to make your stay a comfortable one, and the housekeepers do a fab job of keeping the rooms clean and fresh. It's certainly not the Ritz but for the prices they charge and with free parking (use the screen at reception), it's money well spent. 10/10!

Outside of the hotel is dirty and dingy, inside it’s tired and needs updating. Rooms are clean but tired, no plugs bedside, smells like it needs a good air out, price surging is ridiculous.

I always stay here when working in the area. Staff, particularly Sonia, are always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and I have stayed in more expensive hotels which aren't as clean. Would recommend for anyone wanting a budget hotel but which is clean and tidy.

A very large, well maintained Travelodge. Very competetively priced. Rooms have been modernised and ours was clean and warm (early January 2025). Bathroom was well maintained. This hotel is on the M40 services, a short distance away from the motorway so there was little/no motorway noise. Eating facilities at the servies are only ok. We travelled two miles off-site to the Trigger Pond Pub for our evening meal - a great country pub which was inviting and served great food at great prices - highly recommended.
