Wunderful hotel house in the center of downtown Stone Town. All POI's are with walking distance. The staff of hotel is excellent. We got served for dinner and breakfast at the roof top terrace with ocean view. The rooms are very clean, a very big bathroom. Nice to know, no elevator.

The perfect place to stay in Stone Town – we had a great 2-night stay. The hotel is very tastefully decorated, bed was really comfy, huge big modern shower, tasty breakfast and we also enjoyed a delicious Swahili dinner on the rooftop. The staff were lovely, very warm and friendly.

The stay at Kisiwa house was fantastic starting from the welcoming of the staff which was great. They propose many activities around the city and help you if you need anything like a driver or a guide Then the room. It was very clean and ready when we arrived. The cleaning service is very efficient. The breakfast was also very nice with multiple choise of meal. So in conclusion don’t hesitate !

An incredible hotel ! The staff is very friendly and ready to answer what you need. I recommand the Kisiwa House Very clean, the food is very good ! It is located in the center of many activities, near the beach and very close to many restaurants and shops

My stay at Kisiwa House was unforgettable! The building’s historic charm and its location in the heart of Stone Town make it a gem. The team was incredibly welcoming, and the manager ensured every detail of my stay was perfect. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking an authentic and luxurious Zanzibar experience.

Had a great one night stay. Hotel is excellent and staff very pleasant and extremely attentive . The building is interesting with many unique features and furnishings. Great air con - welcome after a very hot day and night. Lovely breakfast on the roof top terrace

An excellent stay. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet yet vibrant part of town. The rooms are beautiful and modern while retaining its historic charm. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Zanzibar.
