Feedback on Our Recent Stay
I booked this hotel because of its positive ratings and reputation, which is why I had certain expectations regarding service and availability.
However, I was surprised to find that there is no 24/7 front desk and no security personnel on duty. Prior to arrival, I also attempted to contact the hotel through calls and emails but did not receive a response.
After a long trip, my child and I were hoping to rest immediately, but we had to wait until the scheduled check-in time since no staff was available to assist us. I would have been willing to pay an additional fee for early check-in if that option had been possible.
I hope the hotel can consider improving communication and being more transparent about front desk availability, especially for guests arriving from long travels.
Thank you.

Never a hotel charges an extra when you ask for a blanket and sheet but this one. Only provided us with 1 room card and don’t have any extra. The hotel is located close to the event that we need to be, that’s why we agreed to switch it this one when Trip.com failed to confirm our original booking with another hotel. Not recommended to others at all.

Pretty clean room but outdated. Property needs some improvement but it’s decent enough for the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Air conditioners in the room were nice.
