ACEA has it all—delicious food, clean rooms, beautiful scenery, and most importantly, incredible staff who made us feel valued and cared for. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination. Definitely one of the best resorts we've been to!.

We stayed at ACEA for a family vacation, and we surely did enjoy. The rooms are clean, the food is great, and the place is very relaxing. My kids enjoyed playing sa playground and sa gameroom. The staffs are welcoming and friendly, even though we had a lot of request they did it without hesitation. This resort is perfect for quality family time. Highly recommended

I had such a wonderful time at ACEA. The scenery was breathtaking and the entire atmosphere was so calming. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Amenities were top-notch too. Can’t wait to go back!

We had our team building at ACEA Subic in March 2025, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the start of our preparations to the actual event days, everything was smooth, well-organized, and handled with professionalism. Wynona was a huge help in coordinating everything ahead of time—super responsive and accommodating. Once we arrived, the on-ground staff were incredibly attentive. Any request we had was addressed immediately—sometimes just one text and someone was already on the way. We even had a small issue with the conference room, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently without any hassle. The room was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the snacks in the minibar upon check-in. The buffet breakfast was also great, with a good selection and everything freshly prepared. We’d like to sincerely thank the team who made our stay extra special: AJ - he never left our team even if we had to extend in the room and made sure all our requests are taken care of, Justin, James, CJ, Jhun, Eleazar, John, Byran, Jonel, Jeric, Arjay, Anjo, Leo, Benjamin, Adrian, Milan, Wilmore, Jun, Wyemark, Cheska, Billy, Chef Linda, Sir Jaime, and Sir DJ. I’m having the best time at ACEA. The food is delicious, the staff are super accommodating, the infinity pool is perfect for relaxing, and the beach view is absolutely stunning. A truly unforgettable escape. Their chect is really amazing.

“Great Location, Decent Food, but No Hot Showers & Mosquito Troubles” Review of Acea Subic Bay Stayed: April 1st to 2nd, 2025 Acea Subic Bay offers a decent selection of dishes at its restaurant, providing enough variety to satisfy different tastes. The location is also quite convenient, just a 2.5-hour drive from Metro Manila, and they have the option of waterfront rooms, which is a nice touch for those who want a scenic stay. However, there were a couple of major downsides. First, the resort claims to provide hot and cold showers, but in reality, the shower only offers cold and room-temperature water. When I raised this concern with the front desk, they promptly sent maintenance to check. The technician insisted the issue was resolved and advised me to turn the shower knob to the left for hot water. Since I’m familiar with using hot and cold showers, I wanted to verify. I asked him to demonstrate, and as he tested the water, I inquired whether he actually felt it was hot. He hesitated and said it was “warm,” but it was clear that it was simply normal room temperature. To prove his point, he toggled between the “cold” and “hot” settings, but the difference was merely between cold and regular temperature—there was no actual warmth. If you’re accustomed to warm or hot showers, don’t expect to have that experience at this resort. Another issue was the mosquitoes. By nighttime, the balcony area became nearly unusable due to the number of mosquitoes. Staying outside for even a short time meant getting bitten repeatedly. It would have been nice if the resort took measures to minimize this, such as mosquito control or repellents. Overall, while the location and restaurant were good, the lack of hot water and mosquito problems made the stay less comfortable than expected.

As a guest sa ACEA Im truly amazed by how the staffs are so accommodating, there were so nice approaching us and providing our needs as a guest in a addition the place is very clean. The hotel ambience is elevated by the stunning infinity pool at breathtaking beach view. Truly a memorable stay. l am very satisfied.

Just got back from an amazing vacation at ACEA with my boyfriend, and I have so much to share! From the breathtaking beachfront views to the relaxing ambiance, everything felt like a dream. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. We especially loved the pool area and the variety of delicious food options.
