When we reached in sometime power gone there is no power backup. Average food and main thing is veg and nonveg has single counter it should not be. Wifi is not working in room, it works only in some area. Main and important thing they are not picking up the phone. I have call them around 10 to 15 times. Another thing services i have called 4 times for water bottle then they came to gave.

Peace full location with swimming pool nice place for families 500 metres from khandala point and app. 1 km from eco point. Near matheran market and railway station good breakfast

Good experience. Breakfast was good and the rooms were also decent. A few things to improve -
1. Wifi range as most of the rooms/cottages do not get any wifi range or mobile network. 2. Cleaning under the bed.

Location and experience were great. Staff were also cooperative and helpful. Only few hotels in matheran are clean, it is among them.

Fully dissatisfied, i have booked through mm t for 2 adult and 1 children with complimentry breakfast and lunch/dinner. But hotel had charged for children occupancy of rs. 1500 and for dinner buffet of rs. 500. Your booking voucher had shown just for 2 adult only as told by hotel.

The staying and the rooms are comfortable and to some extent decently maintained but the property as a whole lacks cleaning. The verandah’s and the alley’s towards the rooms are dirty all the time. The breakfast is absolutely terrible. Perhaps the worst i ever had across so many trip to so many parts of the world. A la cart e items are decent.

Experience is really good, room is well maintained, food is also good. Just little bit concern about wifi range otherwise everything is really nice.
