多次來這裏住了，停車方便，前台辦理入住也很快，房間大而舒適、樓下還有洗浴，值得推薦

首先縣城能有這麼高大尚的酒店、真的很不錯、酒店配套、停車、設施、大堂到房間、二百多的價位、住着比五星級都要好的酒店、真心不錯、而且還送洗浴門票、這要是在大城市沒有千八的下不來、但是這麼好的酒店、管理存在很大問題、首先服務不好、缺乏系統化的培訓和好的領導方式、其次這麼好的酒店衞生稍微差一下。如果這些可以做好、酒店完全可以提成一二百塊錢價位、希望服務做得更好

酒店可以和大城市的四五星酒店相媲美，房間比較大，收拾的非常乾淨，大床非常舒服，洗漱用品及四巾非常講究，服務周到，早餐豐富。

硬件不錯 軟件非常差 管理問題，積重難返 不建議預訂！紙盒上面放三張紙 擰個花 下面空的，洗髮液空的，浴盆出水帶綉，衞生就不説了。

酒店乾淨整潔，裝修時尚，酒店員工對待客人非常熱情。此次有事提前退房，酒店非常配合為客人着想，與攜程很快處理完成，下次來綏中還會住此酒店。

從房間出來到餐廳吃飯，十幾分鍾房卡丟失，告知前台，沒有幫助尋找，一個小時後下樓問前台説沒找到，要求查監控，十幾分鐘的監控，查了一個多小時，説沒看到，當然，房卡丟失我倒黴唄，大堂經理服務態度也很差，事不關己高高掛起的態度，也是，房卡丟失會扣客人50元錢，當然跟他也沒關係嘛！
