well what a fab hotel pool area fantastic so many sunbeds its unreal. Hotel cleanliness was great our room done everday. and always cleaners busy around the whole hotel. Bar staff fab friendly and helpful. reception staff fantastic we where checked in so fast 5 mins tops . Our room though didnt have the best view (road side) it was HUGE BIG ENOUGH TO TAKE MY MOBILITY SCOOTER IN AND TURN IT AROUND . Food was good breakfast lovely proper sausage,fried and scrambled eggs,mushrooms,tomatoes,hash browns .eggy bread,cheese eggy bread,omelettes freshly made,pancakes plus all your usual meats and cheese cereals, drinks very nice coffee lovely as was the orange juice,apple juice etc. and even beer lol. now a slight negative occasionally a few things where a little cold at lunch oe evening meals alot depended on your timings i just microwaved mine all good. Hotel was very quiet as was area it always is early may in bulgaria. However met some lovely people who helped make the holiday a great laugh If you see this post its scooter jon .

got some susages on my first morning they was uncooked and made me feel very ill on my 4th day we went to dinner and they was serving moldy bread and the staff was extremely rude when my girlfriend tried to voice out concerns laughing at her and this made her have a panic attack infront of them and non of them even asked if she was okay, we have pictures of both of the foods for proof this is absolutely terrible customer service they tried to tell us that the mold was butter when it’s clearly mold I would not recommend getting food from hear and they need to sort out there staff mainly the food staff as they was the rudest of them all was sat staring at us trying to eat and was speaking about us in there own language then told us to come over because I told them to stop looking at us cus this made us feel really uncomfortable and then proceeded to go and try get another member of staff onto us as we was leaving I think this is very rude

I have just returned from a two week holiday with my son’s age 12 and 17. We had a fantastic time, we had a lovely room overlooking the pool. Just a bit of a warning.. make sure you request a pool view as on the other side of the hotel is a view of a derelict supermarket. The food and drinks are what you expect from an all inclusive, always something to eat. We did eat out quite a few times but that was our personal choice, not due to the lack of choice in the buffet. The rooms are spacious, spotless on arrival, however the cleaners only make the beds on a daily basis and the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. We had fresh towels every 3-4 days. The entertainment staff work very hard during the day.. however the entertainment in the evening was poor. Nothing for adults. Flower Street is about a 10 minute walk away, however there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. There are a lot of Russian and Romanian guests staying who are extremely rude and did cause a couple of issues during the day around the pool throwing their balls at unsuspecting children and laughing when they were hit on the head/face. Overall this was an excellent holiday, just make sure you take some spending money so you are able to leave the hotel on occasion. The beach is lovely but you do have to pay for beds and umbrellas.

We have been to this hotel 5 times and we now class it as home from home. They will do anything they can to help make your stay as memorable as possible, cleanliness is 5*, food is very good, staff are excellent we would highly recommend. Nessebar is a beautiful place to visit, public transport is the best way to get there it's only 2 lev per person, there is entertainment day and night for adults and children,

RECEPTION -: Arrived late ,after a warm welcome , good check-in plus was given a bag with a snack and bottle of water as dinner had finished. The bell boy took our cases up to level 4 . ROOM -: We had a lovely big suite, massive bed , 2 bathrooms , separate living and sleeping areas both with there own television, small dining area , the whole suite was open plan , kettle and coffee making machine , only downfall was the balcony, it was far to small for more than 2 people to sit comfortably. DINING -: The dining area was huge for the amount of food being served but saying that it was never packed , always different meat options , an outside "cook and show " plenty of salad but very poor choice of vegetables , fruit , ice-cream, cakes were plentiful , bread / rolls were outstanding , plenty of soft drinks tea /coffee at breakfast with beer , wine etc at other meal times . POOLS -: As the weather was cold, we didn't actually use either the outside or inside pools ,but if the weather was better, I'm sure they would be very welcoming. also, due to the bad weather, the slides were out of action, ENTERTAINMENT-: As it was the beginning of the season the entertainment was a bit sparse but I'm sure later in the year that would improve, the Animation team were excellent trying to keep a hand full of children entertained so well done to them . HOTEL-: Absolutely lovely hotel, always spotlessly clean and tidy, just a handful of staff let it down , miserable, no acknowledgement, not even a smile . AREA -: It was like walking through a ghost town, run down, and hardly any shops open apart from a couple of supermarkets up the road but if you walk about 10 min up to the main crossroads to the bus stop, you can pay 2 lev and go to either the Sunny beach ***** or Nezzebar . OVERALL OPINION Very nice hotel , clean and comfortable, definitely a 4*
