I stayed here 16th May for 1 week I wish I’d booked 2 weeks I have never been to Bulgaria before I will definitely be returning The Grand Hotel was superb I stayed in room 605 it was lovely The hotel is cleaned to high expectation The food was lovely I didn’t eat out there was no need to The Grand is situated in a great location Beachfront which is exactly what I love Lastly I would like to say how polite and kind all the staff were Reception were very helpful with anything I needed to know Big shout out to Mary she works for the entertainment she took the time to sit down and talk to you asked me if everything was to my satisfaction a lovely girl I have never written a review before but this Hotel was everything I hoped for See you again soon

Hotel was clean most staff were friendly and courteous food was a bit of a hit and miss sometimes it wasn't hot the customs over here vary from other places like refreshments in the room wasn't topped up throughout the stay was a pleasant stay.

Fantastic family holiday , hotel is beautiful, food is delicious always something different to eat for everybody . Staff Mery and Todor are excellent, kind and very helpful . We planning to return next year to the same hotel . I can’t thank the hotel enough for a wonderful family holiday .

We initially were at a different hotel at the beginning of our holiday, the hotel was terrible so we changed to here. I have to say this hotel saved our holiday. Rooms clean, spacious all mod cons. Maids everyday. Big balcony, we had a partial pool view which was ok. We had an apartment on the 8th floor. AI was good, there was something nice to eat everyday. Staff at front desk brilliant and other staff around the hotel were also great. Got a late check out with no problem.

We were moved here from a really poor experience at another hotel in another resort . Such a difference and a really enjoyable one to boot . Great staff , food good , rooms kept clean and towels changed every day . "Long island ice tea " nearly blew my lips off !! So watch out for that one . A+++++

Highly recommended location. It’s ideal for shopping, bars and restaurants, there is local bus stop for Nessebar and very cheap . The hotel is with very good staff , food is very good we have no problems with food . The rooms are very clean and regular clean . Beds are very comfortable. Met some friendly people . Entertainment is good ! We certainly come back again ! Very good price!

Came for a week room was nice but what can I say about the food was stone cold every day and same meat the whole week chicken & pork staff was rude and arrogant never smiled I have pictures of the staff I ended up been ill with the quality of the food I had to eat out 3 days as couldn't stomach the smell in the dining room it might be a grand hotel but it ain't grand food .

Hotel room comfortable and relaxing. Food excellent. Staff friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to others .excellent bar staff. The hotel is very clean and presentable. bingo fun singing entertaining.Excellent location from the swimming pool to the sunny beach. Central for bars and food.
