Let me give two examples from my personal experience. First, baggage handling: when we checked in, our car drove directly into the underground parking. A concierge staff member (a woman at the entrance to the underground elevator) immediately ran over to help us with our luggage (one large and one small suitcase, plus several other bags). A minute later, two male colleagues from the same department also arrived, and all three helped us take our bags upstairs. Second, the check-in details: the team, led by Cherry, the Director of Rooms, had prepared everything well in advance.
